We spoke briefly; he asked for my VIN, but I was driving at the time and told him I'd send it shortly. He texted me around 4:45 PM, I responded with the information, and I have not heard a single thing since. It is now Wednesday, 12/18. I even reached back via email on 12/16. Firstly, there were unexpected charges added to the final sale, items that we never agreed to or discussed. And some that we agreed it would not be added, Some of these costs appeared in the final documentation without our review, and it was only after receiving the emailed documents that I realized these charges had been included. Additionally, due to the dealership being closed on Sunday, I couldn't take the car home that day because the insurance companies were also closed. I had to return the next day when the shops were open, and that's when I requested that the window tinting issue be addressed. Unfortunately, the dealership again delayed the repair and couldn't provide a resolution at that time. Furthermore, when I was about to leave, I realized that I wasn't given any printed documentation. Despite my requests, the dealer reassured me but didn't provide any paperwork. Only after insisting did they give me a USB drive, claiming that everything was on it. However, I couldn't access the documents from the USB. It was only after further insistence that they emailed me some documents. While one of the documents was related to insurance, the other document didn't clearly state that it was a bill of sale, leaving me uncertain about its validity. Additionally, the dealership's online support promised follow-up, but no one reached out even after multiple days, indicating a lack of customer care. I have to share my very disappointing experience with this dealership. Whatever you do, do not purchase the extended warranty. I've had to use it twice, and both times the repair process took an unreasonably long time. They promise a loaner vehicle, but every single time, I'm told there are none available. Most recently, I brought my truck in to fix the rear A/C, and it took four weeks to complete the repair. Four weeks with no loaner, no updates unless I chased them, and zero accountability. When I finally picked up my truck, it was filthy inside, and the coins I had in the car were scattered everywhere. It was disrespectful and unprofessional. To top it off, I didn't even receive a service receipt--I was told it would be emailed, but that never happened. Trying to reach someone in the service department is nearly impossible. Calls go unanswered, and when you leave a message, it takes forever to get a call back--if you get one at all. Overall, my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disheartening. In 2017 I bought a Colorado at Dadeland Bomnin They have changed a LOT. Massive confusion. A real cluster f*ck. - Today the wife and I spotted a car on their website that we wanted to buy. Called ahead for appointment. Provided them with the stock number of the car and confirmed that it was available. Made appointment and went to dealership. After arriving they made us wait for 40 minutes. Then when the sales person showed up he expected us to walk about a mile to see the car. What made it frustrating is that the sales guy barely understood English. While we were waiting we couldn't help but notice that the whole place was filled with Bomnin employees whose only form of communication was to shout at each other and hug and dance. I didn't mind - after all this is Miami, and folks get a little vocal and touchy feely. After dealing with that weirdness we gave the place a pass. If their business model is to have customers walk over several miles to view cars on the car lot, then they should market the place as a fitness or exercise destination in addition to buying a car. The wife and I have visited a bunch of dealers in south dade. We have been given rides in golf carts if the cars are a distance. Or they are driven up to us at the showroom. Walking miles and miles in the hot sun is something we can do at home. We don't need to go to a car dealership. We finally picked our car - a Buick Encore - at Williamson Cadillac, GMC. Nice place. Took the elevator to our car, grabbed a cup of coffee, did a test drive in the neighborhood, and they are doing a little touch up and painting at no extra charge. The sales staff are great. Solid communication skills, friendly, and not stressed like the guy at Bomnin. Williamson is a world apart from Bomnin. read more

I came in looking for a specific jeep and was able to test drive her and ask all my questions right away! They have a food truck outback so you can enjoy some coffee and snacks while paperwork gets prepared, the process was just so smooth and fast they helped me get the most affordable rate and payment plan. What didn't they help me with! They even went to such great lengths to take my jeep back when I heard a funny noise on the first week of having her at home and sent her to the actual jeep for full repairs. I got the same amazing car back in what felt like brand new condition all because of their policy and incredible work ethic! I've had nothing but a great experience with them... Funny enough they do have one worker with my same first name who is not very pleasant but gets the job done. I almost took away a star because dealing with her gave me a lot of anxiety since I found her to be quite curt. But everyone else was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. Frustrated and Disappointed After Years of Loyalty We've purchased five vehicles from Bomnin Chevy Dadeland over the past four years, not counting the many family members we've referred. Unfortunately, after this latest experience, I can't continue to recommend them in good faith. I bought my dream car, a certified pre-owned vehicle, along with an extended warranty. In the past four months, the car has been in for service four times, and it has left me stranded at least 10 times. I ran my own diagnostic and got a P2138 code (throttle/pedal position sensor)--which I documented with video and photos. I took it to the service department and showed everything to the manager, who assured me it would be handled. He was respectful and wrote everything down, but a few days later I was told it was an oxygen sensor, then later it became a catalytic converter issue, and now I'm being told to pay $2,000-$3,000 out of pocket--because those parts "aren't covered" under my warranty. The worst part? The original code I reported (P2138) somehow disappeared from their records, and now they're claiming the issue is a P0420 code, which I never saw. I still have proof of the original code and the repeated issue. To top it off, I've gone eight days with no loaner, and only on the ninth day was I told one was available--by then, what was the point? I've been nothing but courteous, patient, and respectful through all of this, but this situation has been completely mishandled.
