While her staff has remained small, she personally oversees that everything goes smoothly. We have been going to her for the past 18 years! We love that we have a relationship with her, as do many other clients. She is on a first name basis with many of her clients, and that kind of personal customer service isn't something you get from many big companies. She can get very busy, after all, it is basically her one man show. However, her prices are good and she does her very best to find the best deals for her customers. Patience is a virtue, and saving money the reward!

They gave me a deposit slip for BOA which I used to make the deposit to them that same day, after making the deposit I called them to let them know it was done and they said everything was fine. The shipment was supposed to get delivered on a Monday, it was Thursday and nothing was delivered yet. My friend had to go to their agency in Lima to check what happened, when he got there they told him that they didn't do the delivery because it wasn't paid for, which it was not right, since it was fully paid the day I gave it to them. They didn't bother to call or nothing to check on that. I had to get a receipt from the bank to confirm that the deposit was made before they could release the package to my friend. Anyways, they didn't call to apologize or nothing. It was the first time using them and the last one. I do not recommend this agency at all.
