    Early morning ride! Perfect

Great for a more authentic ride! Not a commercial establishment trying to upsell activities, photos etc. Nice little horse ranch with beautiful horses and cute dogs. Friendly owner and staff. Clean bathrooms. Easy to book via FB messenger. No hidden fees. Intermediate to advanced riding with little restrictions. All beach ride, sand, water, galloping. Excellente!! Enrique was great fun! Love taking our own photos with our iphones!! Would definitely go back next time we come!

Bonanza was absolutely amazing!! We have ridden with them twice now, 3 years apart, and both times exceeded our expectations. They arranged to pick us up from/drop us off to our resort. My husband and I have both ridden horses growing up, so they allowed us to gallop on the beach and it was an unforgettable experience, but they also have calm rides that are beginner, child, and family friendly. They have friendly ranch dogs who run alongside the horses on the beach which just adds to the experience even more. The ranch and horses are well taken care of and you can tell they truly care for their animals. I cannot recommend bonanza enough!

I've done a lot of horse back riding in Mexico. This was by far one of my favorite rides! The horses were in great shape and they did a good job of matching horses to experience. One of my favorite parts was meeting all the animals on the farm while getting ready to ride, ducks, geese, burros, cats, dogs! Very friendly staff!

Incredible experience for the family and we did a 1 hr ride given the kids ages. We were recommended by our hotel Garza Blanca. We are a family of 4; my 3 yr old rode with me and our 6 yr old rode her own horse. Got to ride the horses along the beach and the two guides were great!!! Unprompted, they also took several pictures of us on the horses. We even got to do some modest galloping and saw a baby turtle. You could tell the horses were well taken care of and happy. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend.

We had the best horse ride with Bonanza! We took our family of five (13 yrs, 10 yrs, and 9 yrs) and we all had a blast! They were ready and prepared for Our arrival and we got on our horse and took off on the beach. Very well taken care of animals, great staff and guides, fun time! What I also liked is we actually got to ride our own horses and gallop a bit. Some places have a guy walking you with a rope. You actually ride your own horse

First time horseback riding and this was a great experience! The trainers are awesome. So patient and very knowledgeable. If you're gonna ride a horse in San Jose, come here! Worth every penny!

This was chosen by garza Blanca so it was free for us. Everyone was nice i wish we were taught how to handle the house since it was our first time. We went thru trees and fresh water so we got unexpectedly wet. I was nervous the whole time. My hubby's horse was a rebel and jumped down a sand bank scaring us both. Overall cool experience wish we were trained more to know how to handle them

This was an excellent experience with a marvelous beach for riding wonderful well taken care of horses that were easy to handle but raring to go and all 3 of our guides and our 2 horse owner companions had a wonderful time.

The horses are well cared for, fat and happy. The guides were great about taking care of my two kids, who are not Horse folk at all. Didn't see any instance of abuse towards the animals. They've been around for 20 years. All around we had a great time riding on the beach!

I'm another traveler who got completely scammed…read more I booked a Carnival cruise excursion in Mexico that promised a two-hour horseback ride. What we actually got was a disorganized mess--multiple vehicle swaps, pointless delays, and barely under an hour on horseback. The rest of the time? Wasted sitting in transit. No apology. No accountability. Not even the basic courtesy of offering a partial refund. Worse, they tried to gaslight us and say it was only intended to be one hour. Most of my time in Cabo was burned sitting in vehicles instead of doing the one thing I paid for. This wasn't a minor inconvenience--it was outright misrepresentation. Save your money. Book with a reputable vendor. This one isn't worth the risk.

4-Star Review - Rancho Carisuva…read more Great excursion in Cabo! I came here with a couple of friends for a combo of ATV and horseback riding. The shuttle picked us up right from our Airbnb, along with other guests on the same tour, which made for about an hour-long commute. The horseback riding lasted around 45 minutes to an hour, and the same for the ATVs, with a small break in between. We rode through the dusty desert filled with hills and bumps -- definitely added to the adventure -- and finished on a beautiful beach just in time for sunset. Photographers take pictures of you throughout the experience, and you can purchase them at the end (a little pricey, in my opinion). A few of the horses were a bit spirited -- maybe too much for some riders -- but I suppose that's part of the thrill. Overall, this was a fun and memorable way to spend an afternoon in Cabo. I'd recommend it if you want a mix of adrenaline, scenery, and a little dust in your hair.

The trip starts with a brief informational overview of sea turtles, and at sunset we went out to release the babies. It was incredibly moving to see them making their way into the ocean to start their lives. The release at sunset was also beautiful and we were able to get some great photos. The only thing I wish I would have known ahead of time was around logistics. The tour was listed at about four hours. Viator does not indicate most of this is transport. If you are trying to plan your day it is important to note that having a 1-2 hour buffer before the tour start time is necessary to ensure you make the pickup (e.g. our tour started at 4:30, pickup was 3:10). It is also worth noting you will not know your pickup time until the morning of the activity (due to needing to confirm the birth of the babies for release). The transport is not private for each group, so if there are others at different resorts the trip there and the trip home can become extended due to multiple stops. The ranch is isolated, so I'm not sure uber or taxi would be a good alternative. In all, I think we spent more time in the car than we did on the tour itself - but, for us it was worth it to experience the sea turtle release. There are restrooms there, and water - no food though. I recommend bringing snacks and water to ensure you have something for the van.
