It is nice to see strong women figures in respected, successful positions. The few experiences I had with OTHER attorneys were a disappointment. They seemed arrogant, inpatient, and not genuinely interested. I had several questions and they rushed through our consultation and expected me to sign the retainers without me feeling 100% comfortable. My best friend referred attorney Roxanne to me. When I came in for my initial consultation, she was very personable and gave me her undivided attention, she even thoroughly explained to me (on a whiteboard!) the different scenarios that my case could go and the process of it all. All the reviews on here that have five stars are totally scripted!!!!!! I agree with the review with one star they will not fight for your case. This law firm is so bad if you don't go to the (chiropractor ) they will not help you find a doctor for treatment. They only want to go to a chiropractor in Cerritos that they know it's all bad. There % goes like this 30% if there attorney doesn't need to go to court 40% if they they do need to go to court 30% for the doctor and leaves you with 30% of YOUR accident not theres that's nothing! Do the research you will be able to find a better law firm that will help you recover from your accident get you more money for you. Im not writing this review to bash them just to warn people. I was referred to Bonar Law Group, and so glad I went with them. Although I live in San Diego, my attorney Carolyne was willing to travel to me. That being said, she did a wonderful job getting our case done in such a short time. My son at the time was only 13 months old and was bitten in the face by a neighbor's dog. My daughter who was 3 witnessed everything and my attorney was able get all of us a lump sum for pain and suffering. A little over a year ago, I had an accident at a high-end department store that caused me to get surgery. I was getting up on a high stool to get my makeup done, and struggled, nearly fell and tore a ligament in my knee in the process. I was hesitant initially to pursue a case against the store because of how BIG they were, but Roxanne spoke to me about my situation and how I needed to be compensated for the kind of pain and suffering I had endured due to the accident. Being that I had never experienced suing anyone before, She had walked me through what the process will be like ... assisting me every step of the way and making things easy for me. All the paperwork was done conveniently online, and if I ever had any questions, she was readily available to answer them. Roxanne had initially filed a claim against the company and they DENIED the claim.... She then encouraged me to go back and file a case against them because knee surgery is no joke, and to be honest, things have not been the same for my knee since the accident. The company was very adamant that they were NOT at fault and on the week gearing towards deposition, the luxury retailer's lawyers contacted us and wanted to settle.
