It was very inexpensive, but, they left small burn or maybe rust marks all over my tafetta curtains on multiple panels.

They have good pricing. A clip fell off one of my pants from laundered side, I just brought back and asked for them to repair. It was done. I do find a certain type of pants I bring do seem to shrink from dry cleaning process. I really don't know how that happens and presumed it would've happened anywhere. Very friendly staff. read more

I always come into this place. Never any problems. Great service. I came in to get a jersey cleaned and at first they said they could clean it. Then I just showed them I just had to get rid of stain. They took the jersey, cleaned it, and got the jersey back in 5 minutes! No charge! read more

Avoid like the plague. I usually don't trust these "pay in advance" cash only dry cleaners to begin with, but gave this one a try, as the location was convenient. They absolutely insisted that there's no way possible they could have snagged my wife's new blouse (nothing in their machines could do that). OK, strike one. Then insisted that the way they returned my wife's other blouse, with a fringe edge pressed so it was exposed, was correct - even though it's not how I gave it to them, or how she wanted it. Simply offering to fix the pressing would have been fine, but no. I got a lecture about how this must have been how it came in, because that's how it's "supposed to look". Lecture instead of customer service? Strike 2. And while it might be petty (OK, probably is), making a point of correcting me about the difference between "pressing" a garment vs. "ironing" a garment was entirely unnecessary. It's not your job to "educate" (manager's word choice) me on the topic. Especially not with your condescending tone. Strike 3. You're out. read more

It's not really same day service (or convenient for that matter)if it takes from Saturday to Wednesday evening... it's a little misleading to have "same day service, plant inside" and then be told we missed the pick up time. Probably best to call ahead and make sure you can get your stuff back when you need it. I didn't have anything out of the ordinary either. Disappointed. read more

This place is ridiculous. They have such strict policies that you cannot work around. I mean, I appreciate security measures, but come on! I did not have my slip or ID, but I could describe everything I dropped off down to the name. I could give all of the info on the slip, but no, they would not release my clothes to me. I should have known better then to not have anything, but I did not expect complete uncooperativeness. I figured since I could literally describe everything they could give it to me. Not to mention, I only had a debit card when I dropped off, and you cannot pay with that. So then I asked if I could pay when I picked up (I dropped off name brand items, had I stiffed them they could sell for WAY more then the $7.75 I was charged) but no, no budging there either. Again, I do understand some things, but I could not even get a manager to help me, she only works in the morn. Just no flexibility with them at all. Hopefully my clothes come out ok, but I am not feeling real confident based on some of the reviews below. read more

Horrible experience. sue the manager was very unprofessional and rude. She has no place in customer service. To get to the point, they ruined my comforter and are failing to take responsibility. I took the comforter there for a dry clean and they have returned smelling like toxic chemical. I have already been there and back 4 times for the same issue and sue the manager has been nothing but a nightmare. They have lost my and all my friends and family's business for good. I will report this to the BBB. This place should be shut down. They are using harmful toxic chemicals to "clean". Sue has unfortunate business practices, she deals with customers with raising her voice and yelling at the customers, she is irresponsible and her son who owns the business would be ashamed to know how his mother runs the business, but he lives in another state so he wouldn't. read more

So, this place! Ugh!!! I liked going because the location was so convenient, and the prices were cheap, but they lived up to the "you get what you pay for" saying. I would frequently get items back with missing buttons, they I had to pay to replace, because they called it "wear and tear" they weren't responsible for. But I put up with that, and even stains that appeared on my items that weren't there before, because they would redo them, and it was a hassle, but still cheaper than anywhere else. But finally, I got an item back with a stain they placed on the item, and couldn't remove, and so that was the last straw. I would highly suggest that if you use them for the cheap prices and convenience, only do so for items you don't mind being irreversibly damaged. If you have something you love, just pay the extra to take it to a better cleaner. read more

Service is not the best! Dropped off my uniforms on Saturday, January 16! The cleaners told me they would be ready on Monday, January 18, after 5 pm! I returned back Tuesday, January 19! I asked the employee for my uniforms and they could not find them, they found my shirts, but not my pants, then they asked me if my pants were blue, which they weren't! The cleaners finally found my pants, but then had to finish pressing my pants! Moral of the story, my uniforms were not ready on the the day they said they would be! I even gave the cleaners an extra day and they still were not finished! If you take your clothing to bonded cleaners make sure you call in advance to see if there done that way you don't make a trip for nothing! Between myself and my fiance, they managed to ruin multiple items. I'm still waiting for them to resolve a claim I submitted regarding a ruined garment. They said it takes thirty days to resolve; it's been around forty. Aside from this issue, I noticed that my shirts started fading much faster once I started using their services, so I went back to Ceres Cleaners, which seems to do a much, much better job. read more

Good service and quick turnaround on most things. Not sure if they're the best option if you had red wine thrown on your expensive jacket, but that's what the cleaners on McHenry Village are for. I came here to get some pants altered. They only needed a simple hem and taper. When I took them in and told the employee what I needed done he said that if I wanted something altered that I would have to pin it myself because they do not pin clothing there. And then directed me to another location to visit on Granger and Coffee. If any of you are locals you may understand my frustration when I heard this as there is no Granger and Coffee in Modesto, they do not intersect! Instead I went to this place called alterations place on roseburg in the parking lot with Yogurt Mill and O'Brien's, great place! Definitely better off going there instead if you don't know where or how to pin your clothing. read more

over the course of a month. 4 suits went in tan, gray and blue for cleaning. 1 black suit in for tailoring and cleaning. the tan blue suit came out fine the gray suit came back with the hem undone and still dirty the tan suit was left in for measurements for the black suit the black suit pants were still dirty i re hemmed the gray suit pants and returned them for cleaning weeks later the black pants are at least clean the gray pants had been sitting in the office and again, the hem is out i live over 100 miles away and the only offer was to redo the hem and me come back out a different day. there was no offer to fix the hem the first time, the pants were stuck together and they said it was taken out by mistake despite the vividly clear instructions on the ticket. the hems on the blue and gray suit were done only with stitch witchery. there was no alert that it would not respond well to dry cleaning at their 300 degree presses (their claim), again, the pants were stuck together on the inside of both legs. the gray pants are in effect ruined with no offer to compensate only the mgr stating "well, you're lucky it didnt happen with the other suit". the black suits alterations were poorly done, the suit now hangs rather oddly. i didnt come here for the price, it was last minute and a friend suggested it and i was in the area for a bit. i'll pay gladly for quality work. it now seems i'll be paying to replace a suit if i cant just find a replacement pair of pants. the 2 young guys working there are, well, they take the money and write the ticket. this has been a HORRIBLE experience, they cant be blamed for the work of the tailor, its an outside party, however, they've now ruined my favorite suit pants and made no offer to compensate not even refund the cost of the dry cleaning for that suit. pictures have been taken. read more

Well me and this place have a love hate relationship .... The only thing good about this place is the pice and 2 workers I normally drop off about 20 items a week to get DC about 60% of the time they need to redo it cause they forgot to clean stuff when they press my clothes and boom I got stains ... They have messed up 4 articles like buttons missing,seems open,and even burnt a $90 cashmere sweater ... Now I've had 5 pairs of pants altered and 1 came back okay the rest I was missing for weeks cause I had to have simple things redone about 2-4 times ...... But the one that put me over to make me stop going to this place the one worker told me to go on yelp to get $1 off a article so I go back in and the lady won't honor it ... How are you going to have a check on special that's still active right now and expire it ? Take it off your help then! But don't worry Sir I'll have my MGR call you soon! Okay. And I still haven't got a call back ... So if you need a cheap fast DC for dark clothes that you didn't spend much on then this might be your place but do not bring anything white, or get any thing laundered here congrats bonded I'll take my money somewhere else read more

After speaking with Sue Martinez, Bonded Cleaners Manager, three times, and trying to resolve this issue with her for over ten months, with no success, I am writing this review. As briefly as possible, I took my silk shirts to Bonded Cleaners for "dry cleaning." The young representative convinced me to launder the shirts instead, since he said "it will save you money, and no damage to your silk shirts whatsoever. No difference." Not being in the dry cleaning business, I asked him if he was sure that no heat would be in the process. His reply was "no heat." I said, "alright." When the shirts came back, they had shrunk in the length, trunk, and sleeves. On speaking with Ms. Martinez, she said she would make it right. Second call, after her vacations, she said "do you have proof of the length? Did you measure them? Did you take pictures?" The answer was "no." I said, "I'm not in the habit of taking pictures of my shirts before I take them to the dry clears. But, I would be happy to let you inspect them." "Then, there is nothing we will do about this. She further said, "No court would listen to you unless you have proof. Besides, Maria, from Quality Cleaners , in Tracy, does all of our work." When I asked for the number, Mrs. Martinez replied: "it's a privacy thing, and besides, you wouldn't understand her English, I have trouble understanding her myself. Unless you can prove with evidence, there is nothing I'm going to do. I'll call Maria. Call me in a couple of weeks, and we'll see what we can do." It's going on ten months now, and no response to any of my calls. I finally gave up calling months ago and gave my "shrunken" shirts, this weekend, to the goodwill. Some of these shirts were expensive gifts, and others are irreplaceable. Take heed from my experience: pay the extra cost and get your dry cleaning done by a professional and reputable company. I lost over $700 in quality dress shirts--don't you do the same. I will be filing a claim with the BBB. (P.S.: after my initial conversation with Sue Martinez, I kept records of all my calls and conversations with her. Believe me, you will not have to do this when dealing with professionals.) read more

Bonded Cleaners is a great business. I dropped my dress pants off there last Friday to get hemmed. The staff said that the latest they would be ready was the following Friday. However, I received a call on Tuesday morning telling me that my pants would be ready early that afternoon which was three days earlier than I was initially told . My pants were hemmed properly and their prices are reasonable. I recommend Bonded Cleaners. read more
