Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Kendall - Canela after her haircut by David

She reacts well to them coming in and happily heads into the back rooms for her treatments. She goes in looking like a swamp creature and comes out looking practically unrecognizable with a big smile and smelling good! They even bejewel her beautiful face. WOW!! I would give the extra star big you PAY big time for this posh place. WOW it's pricier than my massage envy subscription. You do get value, but prices can be obscene if you aren't careful. If you love your doggo and can't bear to tackle/untangle their fluff yourself, this is a safe happy choice. Ahsoka approved! Thanks for following me, happy summer yelping! ~Tami in Miami

Well, all of my friends frequent the one in Pinecrest I found it. The closest to me was the Mills Drive location. Honestly I was concerned that the reviews were not as good as some of the other locations but after visiting, I can confidently recommend this location as stellar. My sweet Ahsoka was clearly nervous to both be separated from the people. She was familiar with, and also to face a new experience. The staff took the perfect amount of time to put her at ease as they introduced themselves to her and to us. We were quite comfortable, leaving her and this location left us much to do during the time of her appointment about 30 minutes before they were finished. They contacted us to let us know that she would be ready. We returned at the time they said to a puppy that was clean, well groomed, beautiful, and extremely happy. I could not have asked for anything better. Beyond grooming, the location is just exquisite. The variety of items they have for sale and the knowledgeable staff that are so friendly really add to the experience. The variety of items that they offer is extensive and it is prepared in such an elegant manner. it's hard to resist making a purchase. There are luxury items for those special occasions, and every day items that my puppy would love to have immediately. Prices are about where they should be for an establishment that is both upscale and comfortable to shop at. I was impressed and I will be back. Highly recommended.

They took Harley right in, and less than three hours later he was all cleaned up, looking great, and ready to go. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Whenever it comes to my babies, I'm very protective and skeptical. And I was very surprised when the Google reviews contradicted the yelp reviews, but also looking at recency and everything else, I decided to take a chance. Disclaimer: if you are to schedule online, that is only applicable to mobile Grooming. If you want to do an in-store Grooming, you have to call them and then they end up texting you to schedule. Aylemis was the one assisting me. Once there, it reassured me when I saw another client walk out with their dog, looking in good spirits. So I dropped off my dogs and then I was advised via text that they were ready for me. So once I went there, their demeanor looked like they had a positive experience. I paid a reasonable price for a Grooming via Zelle, because credit card is a service fee. And I tipped cash. Overall, I would definitely go back

We previously purchased a Green Wing Macaw from this shop, so when they had a Blue and Gold Macaw available, we trusted them enough to buy another. We had been visiting this baby since hatch day. They kept her for approximately six months, beginning in February, and during that time we visited her well over 15 times. As the months went by, we became increasingly concerned about how long they were keeping her. It seemed unusually long, and during several visits she appeared frail. We trusted their experience and believed they would never send a sick bird home. About two weeks ago they finally called and said she was ready. We picked her up and brought her into a home that was fully prepared for her. She had her own room-sized cage, constant supervision, and all the love in the world. We are experienced macaw owners and watched her very closely every single day. Exactly one week later, on Tuesday morning, we found her lying on the floor of her cage, unresponsive. My husband sped to the nearest emergency veterinarian while I performed CPR on her the entire drive, praying there was still a chance to save her. There wasn't. The emergency avian veterinarian told us she had a pre-existing illness that had been progressing for quite some time. They explained that even if we had gotten her there immediately, her chance of survival was only about 0 to 2 percent because the disease had advanced too far. Hearing those words completely shattered us. The hardest part is knowing we only had this beautiful bird for seven days after the shop had cared for her for roughly six months. We cannot say what they knew, but based on what the emergency veterinarian told us, we are left with serious questions about how a bird suffering from such a significant illness was released as healthy. Since her passing, we have reached out to the shop looking for answers. Our texts have gone unanswered, and we have been completely avoided. That lack of communication has made an already heartbreaking situation even worse. We waited six months for this bird. We visited her constantly. We prepared everything for her arrival. Instead of decades together, we got seven days before having to perform CPR on a macaw we already considered part of our family. If you decide to purchase a bird from this shop, please protect yourself and the bird. Request complete veterinary records, ask about disease testing, and have the bird examined by an independent avian veterinarian immediately before or after bringing it home. Do not rely solely on verbal reassurance. We would never wish this experience on anyone. Losing a companion animal is heartbreaking enough. Losing one after only a week because of what an emergency veterinarian described as a long-standing illness is something we will never forget.
