I was bussing from Maple Ridge to Metrotown, and she not only met me at a sky train location (so it was easier for me to drop my dog off), but also met me at another sky train location to give me back my dog. She sent me photos of Tucker, my pup throughout the day, and when I got him back at the end of my day, he was exhausted (HOW I LIKE HIM!). Not very many businesses ask why I took my business else where. The rates for doggy day care seem to be in the same range as the other locations. The play area is a bit small, however I don't mind it. It forces the dogs to socialize with one another.
