Even after my fiance spoke to his bosses Robby and Steve about it. Thus is made it a hostile work environment for my fiance who shows up to work and does his job. There has been an instance the same Forman he drove around jumped in my fiance face at a job site trying to provoke him to knocking him out. Which my fiance should not have to worry about being at work and because someone can't get their drug fix wants to cause issues. Also the company allows people who smoke meth, Crack and other drugs to work for them and do these drugs on company time while driving company vehicles and also smoking their drugs in customers properties and or leaving to go and get high while leaving my fiance to do all of the work load alone. When my fiance had a death in the family he was mocked and talked about by the owners and employees when he over heard it and said something that is when everyone wanted to say he's not a good person to work with so they put him with other workers who don't do anything but get high all day long. My fiance checks also have not been accurate since he started and each time was given an excuse until he threated a lawsuit if his pay was not looked at correctly and was told there are days he worked where he was not accounted for when I'm the person who dropped him off at work each time they claimed he was not there. If you end up working late when everyone in the office leaves you get time knocked off your check because before the person who writes your times leave they clock you out while your still on a job site. I would not recommend working for this company at all. They don't care about the work environment for employees, they allow racism with out correction prorely instead will stick you with other people thinking it fixes the issue. The pay for all the work that is intelled is barely anything. They gas you up telling you that your going to move up in the company and never see it put into action and when you bring it up they brush it off or act like they don't recall saying these things to you. Also the owners son has issues with making people feel uncomfortable by constantly staring at you or following you around.

I can't be happier with Atlas Contracting (AC), who installed my new Owens Corning (OC) 40 year…read morewarranty, 130 mph, algae resistant, etc., etc., etc., total roofing system (TRS)! You'll do yourself a big favor to read all of this review. And a much bigger favor to be sure and choose AC for your new TRS! I got quotes from 5 contractors, and AC was far and away The Best! They were the only one to give me in depth materials showing me exactly what TRS I was getting. With synthetic underlayment over the entire roof, starter shingles and drip edge/gutter apron along the edges, hip ridge shingles across the peak, ice and water shield in the valleys, new box roof vents, and new lead plumbing boots, my entire roof's TRS is brand new and ready for any weather! Will and Colin were Fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better or more! They went above and beyond on all matters. Will, the Manager, was my main contact person, and was very knowledgeable, very responsive to my many questions, and very easy to work with. Colin was very helpful and easy to work with too; he even created a support for a spot of my vaulted ceiling with its prior damage to avoid further injury! Their gutter specialist Josh (and his friend) even fixed old issues with my downspouts and dented gutters, and removed an old whiskey rain barrel for me, reinstalling the original downspout. They even rehung a series of zig zag, leaking gutters that wouldn't drain properly over my front door! Will and Colin showed me photos on their large TV in their new showroom off Nandino of other roofs they had done, with various colors, etc., and helped me pick out the best color for my home. Cassa in their office helped me multiple times on the phone and via email, and helped me file my 10 year full, 40 year prorated, warranty with OC. Will had gone through potential upgrades, including a 50 warranty option, etc. And AC gave me a 5 warranty on their workmanship. And to top it off, they gave me far and away the best final price, beating all others by over $1,000! I'm sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions…read more During a roofing project at my home using Bluegrass Roofing and Consulting, Georgetown, KY, multiple items were damaged. This included my new composite deck after furniture was dragged across it, a chipped exterior window frame, water intrusion after the roof was removed approximately three hours after rain, a brick knocked loose from the exterior, and several dented gutters. The gutters were replaced and the brick was glued back in place. However, the remaining damage totaled over $3,000 and was not repaired. When I requested repairs, I was told the company could only afford a $250 reimbursement. After I sent a written request asking that the matter be reviewed through their insurance--since the repairs could not be afforded and to seek a fair resolution for the deck damage--I received a letter from their attorney stating that a lien could be placed on my property and that the damages were considered "consequential to the work," citing language in the contract's fine print. I'm posting this to document my personal experience so homeowners understand how damage issues may be handled if they arise during projects with this company.
