It has been over a week later and I still have not heard anything. Yes, I could call and request my estimate, but I should not have to chase down an estimate to spend my hard earned money. I feel that having to chase down an estimate is a sign of things to come if I were to go with the company. This business needs to improve its communication and follow-up. I was quoted $50 for every two weeks and they would bill me monthly. When the bill came due they gave me a discount which I did not expect. They use a decent payment system via Quickbooks so I just paid with a card, no cash, no sketchy apps on my phone digging in my bank account. Really well done. Yes I recommend them.
