The employees don't care, and clearly 7-Eleven corporate doesn't either. (This location is owned by 7-Eleven corporate.) It should definitely not be open 24/7. But if so, at the very least hire a security guard!

But the way it's organized, I saw two near-misses of people backing out of the parking spots outside Starbucks, too close to the area around the gas pumps behind it. The pump kept shutting off every half gallon, it was a joke. Determined to make it work, I tried the catch on the pump (didn't work) then just tried different pressures to keep the gas flowing. After I filled up and moved outside Starbucks. I got seriously eyeballed in the most predatory way by this guy who then parked across the frontage road and watched me from his rear view mirror. There's a weird vibe around this station, I wouldn't stop here after dark.

They were laughing and carrying on, they walked off different directions. I pulled on the door to open it, and heard laughter from a car. I looked over, and it was the woman who walked out before we got out of the vehicle. We got back in the car, and started to leave when I noticed someone walking over from the pump, being a polite person I let her know that the doors were locked. This woman walked over anyway tugged on the door, and went back to her car and drove off as did we. When I looked in my rearview mirror, I saw the woman in her car laughing. The sad thing is; she's an employee. The woman didn't put a sign on the door to notify customers that they were closed, or would be back.

Nuisance business that needs to be shut down. Filthy inside and out. Several times during the day people loiter on the side of the building to do drugs. Definitely not a safe place for women and children. I've personally been harassed by the degenerates the shady business owners allow to congregate. I bought bottled water there once and was very hesitant to do so because the place looked and smelled dirty. This community deserves better. read more

The weekends can definitely be a different story, though, so be prepared for a crowd if you come on a Saturday or Sunday! The employees at the entrance who scan your membership card are usually friendly, and the employees at the registers are always nice as well. Checkout was quick, and I was able to grab my stuff and be on my way without any problems. I've never really had a bad experience at this Costco. Whenever I need something in bulk, this is always one of my go-to places. They also have a nice food court! The food court line can get pretty busy, though, so if you're planning on grabbing something to eat after shopping, be prepared to wait a little bit. Overall, another easy Costco trip. Got what I needed, had good customer service, and was in and out!

But when I got them home, they had been in an airtight wrapper too long and were all dead. Dinner plans out the window. I immediately called the number on the receipt and spoke to a manager. I told him the situation and he told me to put them in a trash bag and bring them in for a refund. I told him I'd already thrown them in the trash and he cut me off and stated that they would only refund them if I brought them back. I told him I didn't want to hold onto rotting seafood for 24 hours before I could bring them back and he flatly told me that was my only option. Well, I'm out $13.50 and I can promise you I won't ever buy mussels from Costco again. Note to Costco Vallejo: if you're reading this, live seafood should not be stored in airtight plastic wrap for more than a few hours. Otherwise, the animals suffocate which appears to have happened in this case. Also, the manager I spoke to (7:55 pm, April 7th, 2026) was unsympathetic and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience this caused. I guess I expected too much for his version of "Customer Support".
