Admittedly, a fill-up at this station may cost more than others nearby (e.g. ARCO). But, if time is money to you, this is the best service station around the parts. Why? First of all, there is never a wait to fill up (savings: 5-10+ minutes). I drove by a Costco gas station earlier today and was astonished at the number of people who have the time to wait in a huge line to fill up to save a couple of bucks. They should do the math while waiting in line. Second, this station has an automated pump that NEVER asks you for your zip code (savings: 30+ seconds for those people who really value time, their eyesight and their finger tips). Finally, I find the gasoline that Chevron serves seems to work best in German engines - apparently helping to prevent them from failing at critical times (e.g. weekends you want to head to the Wine Country or Lake Tahoe). Don't ask me why, but a dealer once told me to only put Chevron into the tank of cars with German engines... this after he handed me a bill for $750+ in repairs. So, depending on the worth you assign your time, your fingertips and your German engineered engine, this might actually be an ideal station for you. Something to ponder... it is my current choice for fill-ups in Marin County anyway!

Not only did they take far longer than the estimated time, they were not able to complete the job. The quote turned out to be just for the fuel pump, not the fuel pump intake kit most shops will quote you for, that being said they charged way too much for just a fuel pump and they wanted to keep ordering parts that were all way higher price than the normal rate for the same parts at any other shop. Also, after starting work on the truck they wanted to change the quote price, because they entered in the wrong model after the correct information had been given to them prior to the quote. Then they wanted to charge another $120 to run a diagnostic to see why their work on the truck did nothing! Why didn't it work? They left the lights in the car on all night so the brand new battery died. Just bad, don't go here.

After explaining my situation with what my vehicle was doing they seemed very happy to help me. They squeezed me in at the very end of the day, diagnosed my car and I authorized the work and shortly was on the road to my family.  The mechanic was very knowledgeable and explained in full detail so that I understood. Ashley, the office administrator was my 1st contact when I called and she made me feel important and was eager to help. The service from my 1st call to the office and then mechanic of my car was 110% Above and beyond my expectations.  I recommend them over any other shop. Call them and you will see, you will end up making them your One Stop Only Shop Go To Mechanic knowing you are receiving the most excellent top knotch service and skills from a highly experienced mechanic.

We arrived, and talked to Chad and I went in to do Paperwork as Chad harmlessly flirted with my fiance (I understand Chad Shes GORGEOUS) We headed next door to an Air Conditioned Mexican food place, came back and the car was done. Chad told me, that JUST IN CASE there was a leak, he put some dye in the system! Went to go pay and I dont know how it came up, but the nice lady inside alluded to having some native artifacts.... I honestly had the worst experience here . I was recommended by someone and they mentioned I can do…read morea payment plan so I said hey why not . Drop my car off he breaks my wheel bearing then charges me for it . Comes up with crazy prices $950 for breaks and rotors and the wheel bearing he broke. I've have 10 Diff cars never have I paid that much for breaks and rotors . To me that's outrageous then he said $850 so you really are just making up prices . I begged him not to leave my car over night and to fix the wheel bearing and we will worry about breaks tomorrow. Nope so I had to leave my car in Richmond over night . The next day comes and hours go by I finally get my car he only ends up doing the back . He tells me my car is shaking bad bc of my bad tires . Well 2 days ago before I brought my car my car was driving smooth as a babies bottom. Literally no issues . Get it back and it's a lil bumpy but I get 5 min from my job and it's unbearable. Shaking so bad I had to pull over in an unsafe location on Hwy4 . I get out and my front driver side lug nuts are completely loose . He sends two men out 30+ min later (at this point my job calls me off) they get there and they tighten them but I can tell something was still wrong , I'm still in a unsafe location so I don't look. Then I get back on road and my engine light comes on. Mind you my car was in perfect condition before brining here . I called him and sent pics of my engine he refused to look at it after I told him I did not want to leave my car there overnight. So anyway then a day or 2 later it's back shaking bad, I get out and look and my whole front driver side lug nut is missing broke in half . So when I had the concern something was wrong when the two guys came to fix my tire I was right, they broke my lug nut and did not say anything to me about it. Then I called him and he was trying to give me the hardest time about it when he was the only person working on my car and he already stripped my first lug not on my back passenger tire . To say the least I'm glad he did the payment arrangement because I will never be going back and he will not be getting a full payment from me . I paid $200 and with the work I received and the amount of backlash I got for his shi* work . I think we are even . Plus I'm not paying $150 for a wheel bearing you broke. I just got that tire changed a week before this and they got the tire off perfectly fine . To say the least I had the WORST experience I've ever had at a car shop

Kumar was very helpful and very respectful when I arrived, he did not rush me and gave me the time I needed to look at the cars. He also let me test drive it by myself which I thought was pretty cool. The prices and taxes were a little high but I picked a very nice and reliable car. I love my new car and it runs great. This dealership gives warranties on all of his cars and takes value at making sure your car is well taken care of. If there is any issues , he takes responsibility and fixes whatever needs to be fixed. I Definitely recommend this dealership!

Gas here is cheaper by a dime or so compared to the gas stations located near the highway exit. But…read moreif you have enough cash on you and your car can handle going a few yards further, keep going. Several gas stations down the road have cheaper gas prices if you pay with cash. If paying with credit then prices are about the same. But this one has a 7/11 here for snacking and a redbox for all your DVD rental needs! Three birds with one stone. And don't bother if all you have is fake twenties in your wallet. The employees here aren't stupid. They caught a couple people earlier in the day paying with fake bills and even showed the counterfeits to me. Might as well pay with monopoly money. At least those are worth something somewhere.
