The owner gave us some tasty samples of pork cuts and we had to go for it. For $11, you can get 2 meat cuts and 1 side. The portions are huge and the quality is unbelievable. The cooker is right next to the food truck and it comes directly to the truck where she cuts it up for the customer. I had pork bbq and rib combo. The pork was so tender, juicy and flavorful. Nice and crispy on the outside and moist & tender on the inside. I could not have asked for anything else while sitting in front of the truck starring at the mountains on a cool autumn day. It's a must stop for travelers for sure.
