We didn't even complain or when the house was as is and we fixed the pumping cause of all the piping problems that wasn't covered by the lease or the electrical issue. Their staff and management has very high standards and does their best to help everyone they come in contact with. He was very positive when we spoke to him and set up an appointment to come over to our home. He did not show up for the appointment and did not call to explain or apologize. My wife called him and he apologized and gave an excuse. She set up another appointment with Anthony. The date came and went again with no call no show from Anthony. Anthony Hargus' behavior is disappointing and unprofessional. If he did not want to work with us then he should have said so.
