Very posh inside. But I love the small town feel of it. My hair stylist was very kind. This was my first time. I went for a color and trim. My only issue was that no effort was made to protect the skin around my hairline from the color. Thank goodness I only got low lights. I can't imagine how my forehead might have looked. I will go again. However I will bring, and apply my own Vaseline around my hairline prior to coloring. read more

Ever since moving to red oak we me and my boyfriend needed new stylist, and it being down the road from us is what got us going in for the first time. That was 3 years ago. We go back every time because the staff is lovely, they pay very close attention to detail. Ive had my hair styled by Gracie and when i first dyed my hair with her I Stated my un-easyness with bleach and she walked me through each step and uses the lowest level to make sure i am comfortable every time. She is honestly the best stylist I have ever had!! read more

Came in for a women's haircut, and left feeling relaxed, looking beautiful, and a returning customer. Small salon, intimate feel, and great vibes from the artwork to the great 2000's playlist we were jamming out to. Would highly recommend this place for all your hair needs. The Parlor is the most enjoyable hair cut & beard trim luxury experience that I've never had. Gabriel is a superstar with his skills and his professional demeanor. Ashley and Kim do beautiful color and Emily's scalp massage is the highlight of my week. You're missing out if you haven't tried The Parlor yet. Specialties

Our Salon, Spa, Barbershop is located in old downtown Red Oak. We cater to both men and women. Gents we can do classic and sophisticated, clean fades and crisp lines, beard grooming and clean up or a full shave for that smooth skin. Ladies we also do it all, long or short, crazy color or a classic look, major changes or monthly maintenance, we have you covered. If you are looking to relax we do that too. We offer massage and skin care when you need a day pampering and relaxation. The story behind our name: The building we are in has a couple of ties to the infamous duo. This building was a bank during the Bonnie & Clyde crime spree and was one of their hold ups. Then later when a movie was made about the duo some of the filming was done in thst very building. Now as a husband and wife duo we thought using their name was a fitting way to bring it all together. We hope to see all of you soon all your hair, skin and massage needs.

With our commitment to customer service and continued education for our individual crafts, we at Bonnie & Clyde's, focus on simply satisfying our clients. Focusing on our clients goals, we integrate the newest techniques and products in our industry to achieve the desired look. By combining an old-school barber shop feel with a modern salon/spa we hope to accommodate both the gentlemen and the ladies. We want to make your experience as unique and memorable as you are.

Meet the Business Owner: Gabriel And Ashley M.

Men's Grooming Specialist: Gabriel has a passion for men's hair care. Gabe trained at the Aveda Institute, as well as with top barbers, honing his skills in the art of men's grooming. Hair Stylist/Color Specialist Ashley completed her cosmetology training in 2008. She listens carefully to her clients' wants and needs to guide them to their best look. She believes in helping her clients to understand how to keep the integrity and style of the hair while accomplishing what the client wants. She also stays at the forefront of her field through continuing education.

He hollered to the back a few words and "polish on toes" and said just a moment. The lady he was speaking to looked out from where she was, and then proceeded to do anything and everything else for almost 10 mins. I got up to leave after about 8 minutes and the man said "oh just one minute maam she's coming." He then shouted something else out to her. She came out of the room, stood and drank water, walked around the desk at the front another couple of minutes, then rudely shouted at me "so what do you need?" I'm not sure why she asked because he had already told her. I said "regular polish on my toes." I brought my own polish, but she then shouted to me "it's $22 for regular and $25 for gel." Now, just yesterday, my friend who I'm going to dinner with today, went to Bella and paid $15 for polish only on her toes. It seems the lady was trying to price gouge because there were no customers. I guess she didn't feel like working. I left and just painted my own toes since I was now crunched for time after being in the salon close to 15 minutes- probably the same amount of time it would have taken to polish my toes in a place that had 2 workers and 1 customer.

This is so they are able to charge if you are late or a no show. I was told by them that they expect clients to be accountable as they are, so I went along with it because I understood. They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

What a fabulous experience I had! Ashley is my stylist, she spent 4 hours on my rusty looking hair and made it blond. She said I wasn't leaving until she and I both were happy.
