I have been going there for 6 years now. Just recently I started to work out again in my ...elder age...and was having an issue with my shoulder where I could not lift my arm for a couple months. She identified that I had a tight bicep whose ligament is attached up in the shoulder, gave me stretches to do after the massage, and ta-da! All better. Lori's massages are very custom to your body. Every day a person's body is holding itself a little different due to whatever it has been doing and she will identify problem areas easily. It is not just the same massage day over day.
