Maureen lacks ethics and morales. Maureen did not made an effort to better the situation she told us we had to deal with it. She did not offer her seller to get movers to move out all the junk they left behind. The most flammable and harmful products were left everywhere, especially in the garage. The seller even stolen some items from that were part of the property and damaged several things when they left. This costs us over 4k to take care of the mess that Maureen's seller left behind. She lied and stated the property was sold "as is", but that was not part of the contract. She only cares about her commission and used scare tactics to get her way.

We don't live in the house or in the area, and needed to find someone who could help manage getting a few minor repairs and painting done before the house was shown. She stepped in and kept us informed of progress while taking the lead on getting approved work done within about one week. She was very diligent about listing and conducting open houses, and by the end of the first weekend we had 5 offers, including several above asking price. We told her we needed someone to get us over the finish line and she delivered. Carla is also very personable and easy to work with. High recommend!

Having Carla as my realtor was the worst decision ever. She did not do her due diligence, she did…read morenot read through our contract, and left us stranded. She used her sweet charm to scam us. For her many years of experience in the field, she couldn't and didn't want to advocate for us. When we arrived at our closing walk-through. The whole house was filled with 80% of their stuff still unpacked. Carla sought out the seller's realtor for advice on this situation- the realtor told her we had to close today or we would lose the money we put down for the home. As an experienced realtor, why are you asking the other realtor guidance-especially a realtor who is looking out for the best interest of the sellers? The seller's realtor said the home was advertised for "as is" and that was not stated in the contract, throughout my conversation with the seller's realtor, Carla did not say a word- I was putting that realtor in check by reading her specific details from the contract. Unfortunately, we arrived at the house the next day with 3 tons of junk, expired food in the pantries and the refrigerator, mice feces and to top it all off we had highly flammable chemicals that could've burned down within minutes and on top of it the owners stolen and damaged thing that we inside and outside of the home. We had to take off from work and postpone our move, so we moved out the 3 tons of junk from inside the house to the garage for about 12 plus hours, then moved it again the following day onto a trailer. We used the rest of that day to clean the house the next day- it was so gross. Carla didn't care; the seller's realtor and Carla left for the Maryland Realtor Convention in Ocean City-they're truly besties. She left us stranded. We did not get much effort (but minor efforts) from Carla for the following reasons: 1) We did not have a home that she can sell while we were looking for a new home, 2) she will only make an effort if the home you're looking for is a million plus dollars home, 3) we are People of Color. Carla ignored us for a while when we lowered our home search costs. I wished I never met Carla because she is a person of words, but not of actions.
