One episode I happened to be the only one in the room when a spray identical to what I had ordered was brought in, so I hurried to look at the card attached. It. Was. Blank! I called and had them come and sign it or I was going to cancel my order. Another time I ordered on a Friday and was guaranteed a Sunday delivery. Nope! And of course they were closed that day. Good news: I was told by the funeral home my plant was sent to today that they get bad reviews from the flower number on their website. Maybe they should change it to the wonderful Heartfelt Flowers and ditch the other one.
