George is also a really young man with a lay'ed back personality but he knows the business. There work is very good as well, they pay attention to specific details of what the customer needs are. I'm sort of meticulous and require my knit shirts to be folded and placed on hangers, so as not to stretch out the fabric in the shoulder area. I don't have to remind them of that it's just done at this point. They also have seamstress on site but she's only there on certain days. Another thing is that they do not press clothes on the Saturday's due to the fact that they work so had Monday thur Friday. So on Saturday you can only retrieve your clothing, they also can offer same day cleaning it items are dropped off early. Another service that they provide is delivery of your clothing after being cleaned.

Then he explained to me how to use the beads properly within the machine. They keep this place spotless and comfortable with seats everywhere. I have the 24 hour access and come here with the intention of washing safely however, a man not aggressively until one of the other customers finally let him in and that changed the entire environment I didn't even get to fold my clothes. I understand it can be difficult to handle and monitor who walks into the facility however safety wise it definitely impacts how comfortable you are washing. I hope somebody can take a look and hopefully look for improvement. The man was definitely intimidating to other customers, and they ended up opening when someone had to exit the laundromat.

Ive been coming here for over 5 years and have never had any issues. I came last week and one of…read morethe washers charged me 3x and never turned on. There was no one around to help i went and knocked and no one came out. I came again today and now the washer i used took over 1 hour to wash when it displayed it would be 20 minutes. I had already seen the worker go in his office so i went and knocked and he never came out. 30 minutes later the washer only went down 5 minutes so i went and knocked again and he finally came out and told me he could not do anything about it because people who are familiar with this place know it doesnt work. I told him ive been coming here for YEARS once a week & its always worked & that he needs to put a sign up & he told me that he doesnt have to because it works just SUPER slow & it wasnt his problem.
