If I could give this 0 stars I would now. Used to be 5 but for some reason the employee here is very biased. Taking sides of customers is ridiculous (a bit racist in my opinion) Been coming here since high school days. we do what other people do and we move if we are blocking and to mention you can also go around which we do if they are already busy starting their laundry load.If she's telling us then she should say the same to others not just singling us out. On top of that there is a leak and nobody is reachable I almost slipped (it's 4:24 and she just left with out even acknowledging it). The "manager" said she came back from break and then she's on break again. This so called manager also stops you from talking or saying anything else she will cut you off. Worked in the food service and other places that require actual taking care of so to claim that we treat elders this way bc the other party says this and thay happened is quite astonishing I definitely wouldn't want people in this community to even be around that. First of all there's always two sides of the story and for her to jump on the other lady's claim and give other reasons that don't make sense is wild. Who wouldn't be mad? Super entitled! Be weary that their office closes sometime between the hours of 5-7pm. I'm not sure of the exact hours because it's not posted anywhere online, or in any obvious location around the laundromat itself. I used the Fluff & Fold service and once completed, they left me a voicemail asking me to pick it up from their office and letting me know that they close at 11pm - therefore, I assumed it meant I could pick it up anytime before 11pm. I will admit I was out of town so I received their voicemail a few days late and had totally forgotten about my laundry, but I called back and apologized and told them the day I planned to pick it up. I showed up twice on two different days (one weekend and one weekday) between the hours of 5-7pm and was really confused to find that the office was closed both days. On my 3rd attempt, I went later in the day and the lady in the office legitimately lectured me for being late in picking up my laundry and told me I was inconsiderate. When I mentioned that this was my 3rd attempt and that despite multiple voicemails, not once did anyone communicate with me that the office closes during certain hours, she didn't acknowledge it at all and instead continued her lecture. So rude and such a negative experience over a silly comforter. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I came on a weekday and inquired about a wash service for comforters and it was $2.25/lb and they would have it ready by the end of the day if you come early and they're not busy. You can also ask for an Express same day service for addt'l $. I chose to just come back another day to do a wash and dry since it wasn't something I needed immediately. The facility is clean and the locals are nice from what I've experienced. There is a attendant available. They have a coffee/beverage machine available for about ~$2. The commercial washing machines range from one, two, four, and six loads. I think there is one type of dryer (correct me if I'm wrong). Overall it's a decent place doesn't feel dirty. I'd recommend this spot. There's also a small convenience store, hair and nails salon, Thai food in the same plaza (among other businesses). P.s. there's a vending machine with some detergent and supplies if you forget to bring your own. They have liquid detergent for sale $2-5 depending on the type (just need to go to the attendant). I'm a big fan of this location. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the machines are great. My only complaint is that there always seems to be broken down machines. Today (10/1/23) I counted no less than 10 machines out of order. The eight load machines is my favorite, but again, it was out of order. I would love to give this location 5 stars but the broken down machines is a continuing problem. read more

What can I say, I love doing my laundry here!!! It's always clean, they have good music on all the time, and two tvs's one by the washers and the other by the dryers. Also, they have vending machines with snacks, drinks, and one with laundry essentials, so, if you forgot you're detergent, fabric softener, or even if you need bag they will have it! I came to wash and I used a washer that was a water saver type of washer. So I didn't get the suds n water that I would have liked. The employee offered to refund me. I told her it was not necessary but she understood. She also observed that the wash was not sudsing n water was low so she refunded my $4. That's first for me at a public laundry facility. My husband and I came here the night before Chinese New Years. Now, the tradition and superstition is that all needs to be cleaned in the house. There are a ton of options as far as how many pounds are within the loads. There's a JITB in the plaza along with a donut stop. I love that this place is local and in a small shopping center with food choices in case you get hungry. There are also nice and clean vending machines inside. It's quiet, and very clean. There is staff there if you need them and there are enough washers and dryers to accommodate any family. They have single load, double load, four load, and six load washers. The prices are reasonable and they even have special days during the week where there is a free dry or other specials. I've been to a lot of coin laundry facilities and most times they are not clean, or there's no one to help if you need them, but this place is good and they also offer the option for them to fold if you start the washer(s) for a small fee, depending upon how large your load is. read more

This is a larger laundromat with a parking lot that is shared with other stores. There were several spots open so that was nice. I had called ahead to make sure their changers worked and they did. Yesterday was my first time going in the evening and had a terrible experience with the lady that works the night time Once I got there I loaded up the washing machine like around 6:25 and I noticed in one of the machines there was no water (comparing it to the other ) decided to take a picture because there was no one around yet so once the lady gets there like around 7:00 (I'm not one to complain but if I'm paying $6 for a machine well )I let the lady know that the machine didn't have water at all then she goes off saying that I put too much clothes when it reality the other machine had more and had water and then told me it was the material I put in the machine (so I can't wash my babies blankets now ‍) goes and and tells me that the 4 load is supposed to be filled half way but why is it 4 load she told me to to listen to the water falling but no water was visible in the machine She made me feel dumb and then I decided to not continue and just leave it but it's not ok my clothes did not wash and she did nothing so what is there for ? I need to talk to the owner of this business. The way I was treated at this laundromat is extremely unacceptable. The lady in charge during the day needs to be fired. She lacks the ability to listen and comprehend. I had 2 loads to wash and was putting everything in the washer one by one. This lady was standing near me so I ask her you want to get by? She said I still have 2 minutes so I said ok I'll move and I did but she went around the other way. I then see her looking at me from afar and walking around a lot. I was next to my washer for less than 5 minutes. I have to load everything in, work the app to pay, and other things you know so you can't rush me I'm a paying customer. If you need me to move I will and wait. When someone is near my washer I just wait until their finished. This lady would not stop making me feel uncomfortable. She went to go tell the worker there for me to move when you can just ask me. I asked the lady if I needed to move and I did the first time I ASKED I didn't know she had another load. JUST ASK ME DONT GO AND TELL SOMEONE IN CHARGE. I come here frequently and never once did this worker ever tell me I can't be in the way of other customers but she did today because she was friends with the customer. She said I can't sort my laundry right there and I wasn't even sorting I was putting my things in one by one. ALMOST EVERYONE DOES WHAT I WAS DOING. Like I couldn't do my laundry in peace here. She told me to move for the customer. IM A CUSTOMER TOO!! After I moved and came back to finish putting my things in she asked me to move again so she the worker there can do hers too. It was too much for me. Minutes later I come up to her to get clarity and ask questions why she couldn't tell others the same. But she said I was being "intense" and she would not let me speak at all. She was just laughing and talking with the other lady her friend and it's just not cool man it was too much for me I don't know what's going on here but it's not right. That's not how you treat people especially if you're running a business. The worker said I can't take my time putting in my laundry when it's busy. It wasn't even that busy. Very few people there. Mind you I came here on days when It was REALLY busy and never once did she tell me anything. She took one side and also tried to belittle my wife when she stood up for me. Machines are way too pricey. Aisles are extremely cramped. Vending machine items are way expensive. Credit Card swipe required to use only on largest loads. Be careful when selecting temperature. Price charges are higher for heavier loads and for hotter temperature settings ie base pay+$1 for heavier soil vs normal soil , base pay +$1 for hot vs cold). Aisles are cramped and limited sitting space. Seems they're transitioning to pay by credit card only and app pay. Attendant only available until 4 pm read more

They are clean, Yes. But do the washing machines really wash your clothes with the amount of water set for the machines to use? NO. OK I am not frugal when washing and the only reason am doing my laundry outside is because ours is broken at home. So I half filled a front loader with clothes and set it to heavy which was supposed to give the most water. Half filled meaning there's still tons of spaces left, there were only a few clothes in there and that 'heavy water set' should be more than enough, right? NO! Proof my clothes came out with fabric softener marks... And wasn't happy with clothes smell. So they charge quite above average for the area, no problems with that but if you become too profit-greedy and our clothes are still not coming out as fresh your place will eventually lose patrons as they come to eventually realize that they are being duped! read more
