Stopped by this place after coming across while searching for ice cream. This place was ok. Service was good. Ice cream tasted frozen. The cookie was actually the best. I also liked that the waffle cone was warm. My daughter enjoyed the milkshake. They do have a seating area which is nice if you want to enjoy your dessert there. read more

It's been a while since I've come here. Got my favorite...oatmeal raisin. They were a decent size. Not super tiny or else I would have walked out. Prices have gone up by almost $4. I used to pay like 12 bucks and some change for a dozen. Now its 16.08 and that's with tax. The young lady working was super, super sweet. read more

It was late and about 30min prior to close. There wasn't much to choose from....I had a peanut butter, macadamia and white chocolate and also a sugar sprinkle. The Cookies are pretty good. The service not so great. The cashier/server seemed as if she was ready to go. I would give it another try earlier in the day to see what else they have to offer. read more

What a sweet little store! You'll find a variety of 15 cookies, and 12 ice cream flavors. Their ice cream is Blue Bell brand but their cookie dough is made daily on site. The cookies are small but sold three in an order. They sell platters of cookies (small or large), ice cream sandwiches, cookie cakes and milk shakes. Or, buy their cookie dough frozen and make your own cookies at home! Order your ice cream in a cup or a waffle cone! We were looking for a sweet treat on our way home from the beach and saw Bonnie's Cookies. What a sweet surprise! (Pun intended). Bonnie's is a modest store in a small strip mall. The first thing we saw as we walked in was a counter of cookies - so many varieties! They had chocolate chip, sugar, snickerdoodle, M&M, white chocolate macadamia nut, red velvet, and more! They also had ice cream - maybe a dozen flavors. We wanted both a cookie and ice cream, so we got their ice cream sandwich - your choice of two cookies with a scoop of your choice of ice cream in the middle of them. Decision made! All the cookies are homemade on site and are baked fresh throughout the day. The cookies are not oversized, which is perfect for us. What also impressed us were the prices. They were totally reasonable! We also got a half dozen cookies to take home -cost less than a dollar a piece. Anne helped us when we walked in. I must say I was in cookie heaven and my mouth was watering. Me and my boyfriend got 6 cookies for $4 and some change and let me tell you, it was the best $4 spent. You can tell that these are homemade cookies. They are delicious. I got three and he got three. I couldn't swallow fast enough. If I lived in the area I would so come every other day for a sugar fix. I tasted someone else's cookies. they were good but I purchased a brownie and didn't like it. Texture shots included. Not rich and fudgy like I expect a brownie to be. Looks better on the outside than it actually tastes. I may return for cookies but I wouldn't suggest the brownies. Customer service is great. Just didn't care for the brownie I tried. Someone ordered a milkshake while I was there and it looked tasty. They are expensive considering the size however I may treat myself one day. read more

Went in around 20mins before closing. The cookies looked so flat and boring. The ice cream was great. The young lady lack customer service. As we were sitting and eating our ice cream she started spraying windex on the counter glass, hence chasing us out, even though we had 10 more mins before closing. A man and his son came in and she kept wiping the glass, did not greet them or offer assistance. He and his son walked out due to the lack of service. I don't care if you are 10 mins out from closing, you cannot spray chemicals while customers are still eating. Anyways the ice cream was good. read more

I went in for ice cream and got two scoops of Blue Bell,strawberry & butter pecan. A steady stream of customers came in while I was there. Before I left I got a dozen cookies to go. I have to brag on this place! I have purchased several cookie cakes over the past year here. They are fresh, delicious and a great price. They are very creative with how they decorate them, and the staff always seems to act like they take pride in what they do. There are always customers coming and going here, so the word is out that their cookies are great! Last week I had a last minute dessert fail, and I needed a cookie cake for a graduation party later that same day. The staff came thru, and arranged to have one made at the Warner Robins store and delivered to the Macon store in time for my party. Oh my goodness! I cannot say enough great things about Bonnie's Cookies. My husband and kids found it and stopped by for a little snack one afternoon - they loved it! They came home and told me about it, so I thought I'd order my son's birthday cookie cake from there to support a new business. Best decision ever. The PRECIOUS young lady working that day took my order and was so sweet and patient - and excited! - to help me. Her name was Maya! I ordered the biggest cookie cake and she made it look even better than I envisioned. My whole family raved over it... it was special! Super thick and tons of chocolate chips. Delicious! Claudia helped me pick out 6 different cookies and they were all so good. My favorite was the cranberry white chocolate which I originally was not going to try but she mentioned it was her favorite. I walked in ten minutes before closing which I hate to do at restaurants but she was so nice and willing to serve me. I definitely recommend this place for a good dessert! read more

While their cookie are great, their customer service is not. I've gotten birthday cookies and treats there for my daughter's class and I have enjoyed the experience only ONE time. The store has closed early unannounced twice and the staff has come across as very unenthusiastic about being at work. I went in at 12 today to order a birthday cookie for my daughter to take to school tomorrow and was told it would not be ready until after 3 tomorrow. She was very unwilling to have it done any sooner than that, so now, I will be taking my business somewhere else moving forward. It's a shame too because I really do like their cookies. read more

I gave management/owners the benefit of one week to reach out to me before I wrote this. I preordered and prepaid for my son's 6th birthday cake for his party. When I went to pick it up, I was told they forgot to make it. I wasn't offered a refund. After a manager was called, I was offered cookies instead. I had to initiate the request for at least a platter to display rather than the bags they were offering. I am still waiting for an apology and refund. We came in 7 minutes before closing and even though we were there so late we were greeted pleasantly. Claudia helped us out with questions about the different cookies and even gave my little sister a sample of ice cream she really wanted to try. The staff was not careful or thoughtful when making my daughter's birthday cake. I made a special trip up to their store to take a sample of the two colors I wanted to use on the cake. She assured me it would not be a problem. When I picked the cake up, one of the colors was wrong. When I brought it to her attention, she argued with me. I wish she had called me prior to decorating the cake if she had a hesitation about the color. I wish I had used another company. I am extremely disappointed in the cake and in the service. read more
