I did pick out some for my sissy pooh. I know she is a strawberry girl, so I definitely got some of those. I wanted lemon raspberry. However, it was not available. I also purchased an oatmeal raisin cookie. I can't say that the cookie was super soft, but it was good. My carrot cakes were coming out of the oven. Omg! They are so soft and just as delicious as I remembered. No, they will not last until tomorrow. I've already eaten two. Now I have inquired in the past if she bakes whole cakes and she said no. But if that ever changed, carrot would be the cake of choice without any doubt or hesitation.

The gentleman helping me was super, super nice. He explained all the pricing and told me about the rewards club that I just so happen to already be a member of. I must had signed up on one of those occasions I "thought" about going (Giggles). The icecream is really good and it looked fresh. I kept it simple and ordered Strawberry today. I'm a plain jane mainly anyways. They have some interesting flavors also. One was called Cornbread something. I forgot the rest. Lol. The icecream is made in-store. I got her white wedding and red velvet and myself lemon blueberry and white wedding. I've only tasted the lemon blueberry so far. Omg! It is so moist and delicious. The flavor is on point. There is not an overkill of lemon to the proportion of blueberries. Please go out and support this black owned business. In the attached photograph, you can see what was served to me. This was supposed to be an omelette, but it appeared greasy with everything haphazardly thrown on top. There was a significant amount of grease or oil at the bottom of the omelette, as shown in the picture. The to-go boxes need to be replaced with something better, as it's easy for the top lid to separate from the bottom where the food is placed. They have removed most of the menu, especially the Swedish crepes. I wish they hadn't taken this off the menu, as it was a favorite of mine. There isn't much ambiance in this place if you don't mind normal conversations with other customers around.

I have always been a fan of the breakfast at Ihop especially late night after an event. I had not been to this breakfast chain in years so was happy to try this location. I tried to order to go online before we arrived but for some reason the website did not work. I called the restaurant and the lady who answered said that they were not taking orders over the phone only online and in person. When we arrived to place our order the place was fairly empty only a couple of tables were filled and there was 1 couple waiting to be seated. Half of the place was closed with tables on the chairs and that area was very clean. There was security that stood both inside and outside which made me feel safe, so they get a star for that. We placed our order and was told it would be 15- 20 minutes. Well, an hour later is when we finally got our order. Apparently, we were a couple of the first to arrive after the concert let out, there ended up being about 50 people who arrived after us. Not sure if the cook and kitchen staff quit that night but all I can say is I could have drove home and cooked my own breakfast in the time it took for our food to be done. The hostess was professional, and friendly and she seemed so frustrated that I think she ended up going back to the kitchen to make a few orders just to get us out of there. There were several people who walked out after waiting for a table for a very long time and realizing they would end up being there all night it they wanted to dine in. Our food was actually pretty good, it was hot, and my spinach and mushroom omelet and pancakes were on point. I think that anytime there is a big event in town and it ends late they should add staff accordingly.

As she was explaining the soft serve my entire party and the one next to us was confused. They had soft serve frozen yogurt, scoop ice cream and sorbet. I asked to try the scoop ice cream but they do not do samples. We decided on cookies and cream, vanilla cheese cake and birthday cake ice cream. We added toppings assuming they were included with the soft serve but when we went to pay we saw it was not. Definitely need better customer service and effective communication. The ambiance has potential but customer service made this entire experience a turn off. Will not be returning or recommending this store.
