There was plenty of availability and I honestly feel like they were pretty quick which I appreciate because my pup can get a little overstimulated if she's waiting around in a crate for too long or if the grooming takes too long in general. My girl Bailee absolutely loves this place! They always take such great care of her, and she gets tons of compliments on her cut every time. I drive over an hour to make sure she looks her best-- and it's 100% worth it. Bailee's a cockapoo, so she tends to mat pretty easily, but they're always so patient and diligent about working through the mats without shaving her down or making her uncomfortable. I've tried a few other local spots before, and the results were awful... she didn't even look like the same dog (see before picture!). We had such a wonderful experience at Bonnie's Pampered Pets. They did an amazing job with our dog, Leia, and treated her so well. From the moment we dropped her off, she was wagging her tail and excited to go inside, which really says a lot about how comfortable and happy she feels there. If I'm not mistaken I've been bringing my dog here since 2021. I've tried many places and not that they were bad but they were start great and then somewhere along the line they would end up cutting my dog. The sad thing I would still give them a second and third chance until I found this place. I brought her in and then decided I didn't want to drive 25mins when i moved from the area and once again she ended up being cut. So I came back again to Bonnie's! My dog is now 15yrs old and they've never once cut her and the price is very reasonable. All of them do an amazing job. My dog is a Maltese poodle and always comes out looking as great as she can at her age. I highly recommend! read more

Glad I called before driving there because they're actually located within a residential area (called again to clarify that the entrance is through the gate on the left). Was still apprehensive until I saw another dog owner leave with her dog. Felt better when another owner dropped off 2 of his dogs. Anyway, loved the service here! Felt safe leaving my dog here after seeing the initial interactions between her and the staff members. The price for a nail clipping and a bath was reasonable. The girls who run the place now are sweet and always respond to my boyfriend and I's inquiries promptly. I only took off half a star bc there are VERY occasional inconsistencies in grooming but just small things that I notice from time to time. Otherwise, the pricing here has always been extremely fair imo and even when the price did go up it only went up by maybe 2 dollars. If I could give Bonnie's ten stars, it wouldn't be enough! They do an outstanding job grooming my dogs. Decades of showing my dogs has made me incredibly fussy how they're groomed. Bonnie's has never failed to do an excellent job on the dogs. Due to size alone, my male Newfoundland (150 pounds) is a handful. Until recently I always groomed my dogs myself, so I truly appreciate how much work he requires. The groomers at Bonnie's also went out of their way to accommodate my 11 year old bitch. In the last year of her life Cushing's disease made it impossible for her to stand on a grooming table (in her younger days, she would jump up on the table, turning when asked). The gals at Bonnie's would groom Sadie on the floor. They treated her like the perfect princess she was ! In closing, you will not find a better, more caring, or reasonable groomer than Bonnie's! read more

You can ask them to text/call you so many minutes before they are done so you get there on time. Doodles and Westie's are hard to cut right. I had been coming here for years cause the price was very good and they always did a pretty good job on my dog. After my last experience though, I can't say I would ever come back. I told the girl in detail at drop off that I wanted a summer cut for my dog. Normally they are busy so the wait to pick up your dog is long but reasonable. So I waited nearby and got the call to come pick him up. I picked him up and noticed his hair hadn't been cut at all, he basically got a trim up. I told the girl that's not what I asked for and they told me they would change it if I could come back later. Came back later and they were going to have me pay without even letting me see my dog first. When I did see my dog all they did was shave my dogs body and pretty much leave all the hair on his head. So even now it's grown back weird. Didn't offer a refund, discount, or anything for the inconvenience. Definitely a disappointing experience. read more

The place does not smell nasty and looks clean in my opinion. Price was reasonable with the hair cut and the works of the bath. Do keep in mind the don't take credit cards or visas. When I first moved to corona about 2 years ago we looked on yelp to find a groomer and came across Bonnie's. We were excited to find groomers nearby with great reviews. On the surface things looked great there haircuts looked good and they smelled great too. After several appointments we noticed one of our dogs never really smelled clean. I mentioned to the groomers at the following appointment that he hasn't been smelling clean in the past and she said that they would try to figure something out. Picked up our dogs and same result. Just our one pup had the smell. He's a shitzu mix. Our most recent appointment they complimented how well behaved and sweet our dogs are and when I got home noticed a huge pretty decent sized cut on his belly that they failed to mention. Doesn't change anything but it would be nice to be notified. I always have been in the past with other groomers. More importantly and this is why we will no longer be returning they told us he had a skin rash in his ears and to take him to the vet, well it turns out our dogs ears were not being properly cleaned or cut. There was lots of wax build up and water being trapped by hair that was not being cut. Also causing a yeast infection in his ear which explained the smell I had asked about a few appointments ago. I'm giving the 3 stars because we never had an issue with our Yorkie. But after speaking to another groomer it is standard in dog grooming to clean, dry and cut inside of a dogs ear as part of the service. read more

After taking my puppy to 3 Other groomers who said she wouldn't allow them to give her a haircut ( mind you it's her first hair cut), bonnies was able to cut her hair on the first try and said she was so easy to work with. So I have been taking my dogs to bonnies for years. I used to LOVE how well my dogs were groomed and never had any issues. Unfortunately that has changed within the last year. I happened to just pick up my dogs yesterday and they left them terribly groomed, and worst of all cut the bottom of my dogs paw. The last time my sister got her dog groomed there, her dog came back with a rash all over her body for some reason. Apart from that, there is an employee there that has the worst attitude for everything. I'm not sure who she is because I hadn't seen her before last year. Anywho, won't be taking my business there anymore and I hope future clients check their dogs once they pick them up for cuts and injuries. read more

He came home with FLEAS that turned into a flea allergy that we're still dealing with MONTHS later and have spent hundreds of dollars on. He had no skin issues prior to coming here and now he's covered in patches and scars from flea bites and allergies. Do NOT recommend coming here. read more
