I've used a lot of cleaning companies over the years, and Bonnie's company is by far the best. The quality of their work is consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly, professional, and they actually follow the directions I leave--which is rare and very appreciated. I've also seen Bonnie training new team members, and it's clear she holds her staff to high standards and expects a lot. They truly deliver on that. On a personal note, the first time I met Bonnie, I mentioned I had a large storage unit I needed to clear out. I ended up hiring her team to help, and honestly, it saved me. I had a cleaning scheduled for 7/6 at 09:30. I received a confirmation email, Bonnie texted me for my address and a couple other details on 7/4 and 7/5. It's now 11 AM. I've not had any contact, I've called and there's been no answer. I paid upfront and am feeling pretty upset about that, hopefully my credit card company accepts my dispute. I'm very upset as now I don't have time to schedule other cleaners for the event I'm having, and had planned on this service, that I paid upfront for, actually occuring, so I didn't clean ahead of time. I'm extremely upset, and feel that this was unacceptably unprofessional at best, and fraudulent at worst. read more

Be very careful... I feel like she did a bait and switch on me...quoted me a price and then instead of it including my entire house changed it to only a few rooms! I don't know anyone who would hire a cleaning service for their home who would only want 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and a kitchen cleaned... makes no sense to me at all!! Came across Bonnie's from Tik Tok. Answered DM in a very timely manner. Communication was clear and consistent from all involved. Booking was stream line. I booked for 2 full bathroom clean which only needed 1 cleaner for 3 hrs and it was understood if anything else was wanted/needed it would be an additional charge. I'm thankful they sent out Zac to provide services especially with being a 1st time client. Zac was on time, communicated professionally. ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I want to express how disappointed I am with this company and with how Bonnie has handled a recent situation. Bonnie cleaned a house I was renting in August and accidentally spilled bleach on the carpet. As a result, my boyfriend and I had to pay for the carpet replacement. Bonnie initially agreed to reimburse us for the cost, but since then, we have not received any payment or further communication from her. If you're considering hiring her, I strongly advise against it. read more

This young lady and her company deserve a 5 star! Only reason today it is not is because she unfortunately was by herself during my first service and we did not get to touch every base I was looking for but the areas she did get to, you can definitely tell the difference. Bonnie was more than professional over the phone and in person. I have booked monthly services and look forward to my next cleaning.
