BEWARE! I used Special Ops/Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience, which is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, they claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for Special Ops/Perfectionist Cleaning-- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. I was using a different cleaning service that wasn't completing my target areas of concern then I stumbled upon Special Ops and decided to try them out. The front desk was nice and helpful, quoted me for 500-600$ for two hours with 4 ppl which I was fine with me considering that the other cleaning company I was previously using sent out 4 ppl and could deep clean the traditional areas for $150 in 1.5hours but Special OPs would get the walls top to bottom which is what I really wanted! I mean you all saw that video! I have a small home about 1500sqft, one story, and the house was completely empty (zero furniture). Long story short I get the bill and it was for $800 not including the grout cleaning I had requested. I spoke with a manager and they were supposed to get back to me about what they could do... that was about 3 business days ago. I think they did a good job but I wasn't contacted to inform me that the price was going to be more. Plus my house is tiny and 4 hours with 4 ppl doesn't seem right... Oh! BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU!!! Called and got a quote over the Phone for $180.00. Company came out the next day, and after 3 hours of them still cleaning the same room, my wife asked Julio how much longer and he stated that they shouldn't be much longer. An hour later and not much more had been cleaned, my wife politely asked Julio to finish up and that they could leave. Julio came with the invoice, and it was for $594.00. My wife told him that she wasn't please at how little they cleaned, and the cost was way over the quoted price. Julio told her since we were first time customer, he could give a 35% off discount, and that dropped the bill to $386.00 Even though my wife wasn't very happy she SIGNED the invoice and agreed to pay the $386.00. The next day the $386.00 was taken out of our bank account. A few weeks goes by, and a lady called saying that we owed more money and Julio shouldn't have taken off the 35%. My wife explained to her that the house wasn't even fully cleaned, and that we already paid way over the phone quote, and we don't owe anything else... Another month goes by, and my wife gets emailed a completely different UNSIGNED invoice with a charge of $615.00. My wife called and explained that we already paid them the amount due back in June. On August 18th this company withdrew an additional $615.00 out of our account WITHOUT PERMISSION!! We contacted the bank and reported the fraud, and also contacted the Better Business Bureau and this company is so shady they ignored the BBB and they AREN"T BBB accredited now. I will be seeing this company in court if they don't do the right thing and quit scamming people. The owner brags about being a Veteran, but as a Combat Veteran myself this isn't how you run a reputable honest business!!! read more

I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it's destroyed and we will have to replace it. Hello, I had my house cleaned after a remodel. The house is 1800 sqft. They charged me for 4 people for 3.5 hours, or effectively 14 hours of work ($700). Let me just say I was not impressed. The house was completely empty and if it took 4 people 3.5 hours to clean it I would hate to see how long it would take for them to clean something that was actually dirty. I would share pictures but I can't on this platform, but there were still shit stains on the toilet from whatever construction worker used it. These good folks do excellent work! We initially had them out for a deep cleaning after construction work in our home. We were so pleased, that even though we have a regular cleaner, we have them back every few months because they really clean. Everything is clean, everything! We have overhangs throughout our house. Even the tops of those get cleaned. The stove, the oven and they did our windows in and out. Our house has never been this clean. These lady's are hard working, thorough, honest and the word, we don't do that, isn't in their vocabulary. We will continue to do business with them. read more

I am SO disappointed...although the cleaning crew is amazing, the billing practices are disgraceful. When presented with the sign off bill I questioned and no one spoke enough English to comprehend my concerns. I tried calling the office, no answer...I was not only charged for 45 minutes too much but also $46.00 an hour without any warning that the rates had gone up. To be clear, that's $46.00 X 4 x an extra 45 minutes! The upcharge alone is $138.00 PLUS $168.00 of hourly rate unannounced to me prior. 184.00 an hour is simply ridiculous. Avoid this company. I was charged more than double the price I was quoted, and they did not clean everything they were supposed to. It's been a battle to get ahold of anyone and they are constantly out of the office, or unavailable. I am selling my house and reached out to this company to have them do a move-out cleaning service. My house is 1500sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath and was completely vacant. I provided this information to the company and they quoted the job would require 3 cleaners, and take about 3 hours for an estimated cost of $450. I agreed to the quoted price and scheduled the cleaning. When the team arrived, they had an additional cleaner with them, which I was not made aware of prior to their arrival. I didn't think this was a big deal and assumed the job would take less time. My house was by no means what you would consider a "dirty house." It was recently renovated, and basically needed floors vacuumed, windows cleaned, surfaces wiped down, and bathrooms cleaned. Somehow, even with 4 people, it took them over 5 hours to clean the 1500sqft house and they charged me over $1000! For that price, I would have expected a top to bottom cleaning (which is what they said they would do), but they left all walls, baseboards, vents, inner cabinets, and the garage untouched. They also ruined the finish on our toilet seat with whatever cleaning products they used, and left grey residue on our kitchen counters from what I'm assuming were their dirty rags. My wife and I went back to the house after the team "cleaned" it to finish wiping down the missed surfaces. We simply used Clorox wipes and a duster to achieve what the "professionals" could not. I reached out to the company afterward and let them know the situation. They offered me a $100 refund (bringing my cost to $916, still more than double what I was quoted). I explained that this was inadequate and requested an additional $300 refund ($616 total cost to me, still $166 more than the $450 quoted). The manager told me they would speak to the owner of the company about the matter. However, it's now been two weeks and they have still not given me a response. It's very difficult to get ahold of them, and when I do get through, they beat around the bush and offer excuses. UPDATE: After talking and working with the company, I've learned this is a company that rights their wrongs and has protocols already in place should the service 1. Not be up to standards and 2. Items getting broken or destroyed. The company has the right ethics and protocols to ensure the customer gets what they hired the company to do. They went from a 2 to a 4 star with that. I still believe the price is a bit high, but overall as a company I would recommend them. At 44p/hr per person with a 3 person team I'm flabbergasted that it took them hours to clean a newly remodeled home, not completely furnished, with no kids and only a small dog. At that rate, number of people, and time spent I would expect my house and appliances completely spotless and my walls, baseboards, window tracks, vents, etc. to be thoroughly cleaned (they weren't). The job completed was just barely better than what I do on my own and some products used actually destroyed the type of finishing I had in the bathrooms which I didn't notice until later than evening. I paid hundreds of dollars for this. I suppose if you've never cleaned a day in your life, have kids and animals tearing up the house and needed a basic cleaning the service would be worth it. The initial room took 20 minutes which is the most used and has the most stuff. Yet rooms that are barely touched with all new and clean items took longer? I cannot justify the cost with the quality and time spent. I chose this company because of the name, description, and what was promised. False advertising and highway robbery. It looks decent til you look at the details. I wish I had paid more attention to them but being they are "professionals", I thought they knew best. read more

For what you pay, and what you get this company is very expensive. Also, window screen are not cleaned they are wiped off with a brush no water or soap? When they left screens were visibly dirty, and true cleaning is not there policy. This was very disappointing. Also not sure what kind of soap they use, but a lot of noticeable streaks, and dried drip lines. Tim had crew come back and properly clean screens but the water lines remained. Holy cow am I SUPER IMPRESSED with this company!! I mean WOW, I had a rental property of mine that had a sewer line collapsed and the entire home needed a big remodel. But this home had dog hair from tenants dogs and Contruction mess everywhere. I hired them to do the works meaning inside and out of all cabinets. Cleaning walls, blinds, ceiling fans, windows, inside and out of all appliances washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove range. They even washed all my tenants dishes and organized there kitchen. After that they steamed all furnitures such as couch and bed. Wait there is more they professionally steamed my floor and sealed all grout in the house. It looks AMAZING!!! If they needed a little more time, I would have gladly authorized to pay to get the work completed, but the nothing was said. WOW! We were moving out of a condo and time was not on our side so we decided to have professionals come in to do the job. My husband found Special Ops online, we gave them a call and they were able to get us in right away which was a huge plus. Tammi was SUPER helpful, thorough and friendly. I found the rates to be very reasonable so we went ahead and booked them. Our place was just shy of 1,000 sq ft but it had been neglected in the last few months so it was a deep clean job indeed. Elva and team #10 totally blew our expectations out of the water. They were on time, thorough and exceptionally good. They tackled spots that I honestly didn't think could be remedied and it all looked amazing. I couldn't even believe how well it turned out. We were able to get our security deposit back and honestly, it looked better than when we moved in 5 years prior!
