I attempted to place two orders using two valid promo codes--one large order and one very simple order (three hash browns). Instead of calmly explaining any policy, the employee immediately became dismissive and unhelpful. What should have taken seconds turned into an unnecessarily tense situation. To make matters worse, while I was still standing there, the employee began discussing the situation inside the store instead of addressing me directly, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. At the same time, she escalated into a heated argument with another customer, creating an uncomfortable and chaotic environment for everyone present. There was no attempt to de-escalate, no courtesy, and no professionalism. This is fast food--mistakes or limitations happen--but how staff handle customers matters. This situation was handled poorly from start to finish. Management seriously needs to step in and address staff behavior, communication, and customer service standards. Customers should never feel talked about, ignored, or caught considering walking away over something so simple. I won't be returning to this location unless there is a clear improvement.
