1 Star - Completely Unprofessional Experience This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a McDonald's. I attempted to place two orders using two valid promo codes--one large order and one very simple order (three hash browns). Instead of calmly explaining any policy, the employee immediately became dismissive and unhelpful. What should have taken seconds turned into an unnecessarily tense situation. To make matters worse, while I was still standing there, the employee began discussing the situation inside the store instead of addressing me directly, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. At the same time, she escalated into a heated argument with another customer, creating an uncomfortable and chaotic environment for everyone present. There was no attempt to de-escalate, no courtesy, and no professionalism. This is fast food--mistakes or limitations happen--but how staff handle customers matters. This situation was handled poorly from start to finish. Management seriously needs to step in and address staff behavior, communication, and customer service standards. Customers should never feel talked about, ignored, or caught considering walking away over something so simple. I won't be returning to this location unless there is a clear improvement. read more

My main complaint is with the "manager" who would not give me her name. Therefore, I will describe her as the Arabic manager who felt she was too good to help me with my issue and WALKED AWAY FROM ME!!!! honestly one of the WORST mcdonald's you can ever go to. horrible drive thru line management. horrible customer service. orders always wrong so make sure to ALWAYS double check here. seriously. and don't even think about ordering doordash through this location. will make the drivers wait through the drive thru line so by the end of it the drivers will get annoyed and eventually cancel your order :D this establishment is filled with a bunch of incompetent employees and even worse management. good luck i hope the gm of this location gets their shit together. read more

Staff is so rude it is unbelievable that anyone can operate a restaurant with this type of staff. My wife was so upset about their rudeness that she will never ever spend our money in this place. On Wednesday, August 30, 2023 she ordered 2 fish sandwiches and 1 large fry. Drove back around after she saw that the fries were cold and asked for fresh hot fries. The boy at the window that gives out the food took the fries back and told his coworkers that there is nothing wrong with the fries and put the same fries back in the bag. First time going to this McDonald's and I went at midnight. The speaker I drove up to was either broken or they purposely weren't using it. After about 3 car rotations of the other line Getting there orders taken, I figured I'd just wait in line an order at the window since I was already boxed in. When I got to the window the lady told me they couldn't take orders at the window so I'd have to go around and wait in line again. I've never heard of that policy before but I wasn't even surprised they told me that since I've already been waiting in line for 30 minutes. Long story short I went around again, it took 30 more minutes in line, an the lady gave me attitude at the window. When I finally started eating the food it tasted funny. But My question is how on earth does it take 1 hour to get 4 mc chickens and a large fry around midnight? read more

Was waiting on my order that I entered on the self service machine and there was a teenage boy who appeared to be "mopping" the floor near me. He kept stalking and picking up something that wasn't on the floor, next thing I know (felt) was a rub on my left foot! Yes, you read right a rub, touch, physical encounter on my foot. Perhaps he wanted to see if my foot tattoo was real, whatever the case he shouldn't have touched me at all. I've never been back since. Very uncomfortable feeling. read more

I just had a quick note while I was in the restaurant before, so let me clarify just how bad service was here... When we first arrived, my family decided what they wanted, and went to sit down as I had offered to cover lunch. The manager was counting money, looked up at me, looked back down to continue counting money, and when done, closed the register, looked up and me, and said "what?". Seriously. Why do you think I'm here? I"m not standing here to just watch you count your cash... I'd like to order some food. Total time - 5 minutes waiting. After about 10 minutes (which is pretty damn slow for McD's if you think about it... go to another McD's and time how fast it takes to get your food after your order), we get our food, I sit down with the family, and we eat the expected standard. We decide that a sweet treat to end with would be nice before we get back on the road for an hour, so I go back up to order some soft serve cones. I should've known better... There's a staff of 7+ folks there who are manning various stations, and not one of them is at the counter to take my order. I stand there for 4 minutes before someone takes my order (mind you, there is NO line, I'm the first in line), and then wait... and wait... and wait... and wait. 8 minutes goes by, and no one has attempted to create two soft serve cones. The guy that's mopping the floor notices me waiting, and apologizes for the wait, and then asks if the expediter can help... The expediter (who really has been just starting at the screen of orders from the drive through and otherwise, not doing anything do actually speed up orders) gives him a death stare, releases an audibly heavy sigh, and heads over to attempt to work the soft serve machine... only to find that it's not working. Some commotion over why this isn't working, and then they call the manager over to try his hand at it. He sighs heavily at the request, comes over, and tries to make it work. After about 30 seconds of effort, he finally turns to me and asks "Can you wait 5 minutes for us to get it working?" "Forget it... can I just get my money back?" So nearly 20 minutes of standing, I walk back to my seat, no soft serve in hand, and vowing that we'll never come back to this McDonald's again... Verdict: Perhaps it's just the weekend crew, but this was seriously the worst McD's experience I've ever had. We won't be back. read more

I went through the drive in this morning and ordered hot cakes and sausage and a small coffee. I had to pay an additional 25 cents for an extra syrup. The girl on the headset was being surly with a customer behind me telling them that it was only time for breakfast and that he couldn't order a lunch item until later. I had to ask her to give me my order which she had in her hand the whole time that she was having the discussion with the person on the headset in the drive thru. I was very disappointed because the coffee that I got was very watery; additionally they forgot to put my 2nd syrup in the bag, so I had to go back and ask for the additional syrup that I paid additional for. Long drive thru line even at nine at night. The restaurant smelled of sour, bad grease. Seemed to be chaos inside, several orders messed up, including ours. I encountered the most rude drive through service at this McDonald's on 8/14 at around 4:50pm. My father was placing the order for us and being very polite to the lady, but she was extremely rude. My mom ordered a sesame chicken salad and she said that they did not have sesame ginger dressing.The owner of this store needs to realize how their employees are treating their customers before this McDonald's gets the ax. read more

Store is clean, food was accurate and fast. Store manager was clearly a great leader. Within 15 mins sitting there eating he ran the register, helped clean and checked on every guest eating at the time to make sure their food was good. The coffee is old and bitter, and they are known (yes known) to serve decaf when they run out of regular coffee. Longest wait time I have experienced is 25 minutes then my order was incorrect.
