The taproom was lively and a bit chaotic. I was completely caught off guard by the night's entertainment. Line dancing. Yes. I have never seen so many short skirts and cowboy boots in one place. I spent the evening focused on my beer and my laptop to avoid a pretty blonde confronting me for staring. With that said, it was a cheerful kind of energy and everyone was having a grand time. The crowd was upbeat, the music was loud and cheery and was able to soak in the atmosphere and write a few Yelp reviews. The chicken however was like rubber. I ate half a small piece and put the rest to the side. My husband had the Pulled Pork platter which is normally good. The meat was really dry. I ate all the pasta and told our server about the chicken being like rubber and she stated that she's mentioned that exact thing to the cooks but that maybe if a customer complains they would possibly listen. What made me a little annoyed though was that I ate none of the chicken yet they didn't at least bump off a few bucks off my meal.
