I had a terrible experience with BW yesterday. They were here for 3 hrs & told me it was ready & to come check it out. There was a lot of dirt still in cup holders, console & the third row seat literally had sand all over it. That wasn't all I wish I could upload the after pictures. I told him I don't enjoy picking apart peoples work so please just make it right & let me know when its clean. 7 minutes later he said ok I think we are good now....nope still dirty. He tried to blame it on the age of my car & I told him it wouldn't matter if it was 1 yr old this is dirt I'm wiping off or scraping off with my finger nail. I said please just tell me when its clean. Next thing I know he texted me a very rude text saying he hopes I can find someone who's perfect & that my key was in the ignition. He left. Unprofessional & horrible at his job. I do not recommend Boogie Wash. read more

It would be nice if the guy did not have his radio blaring away for the time that he does his contract work. It was very annoying to the neighbors. It was not music, but blaring political rhetoric. Not really welcome by anyone. read more

The guys were here today and we are just delighted the the work. Our cars are shining , engines sparkling, and upholstery clean. My husband has leather and he was amazed at how good it looks. It is so nice to have someone come to your house! This is the second time we have used them and we will continue to do so. read more

Todd Newman "Boogie" and his helper Carl came to my house this morning at 9:45 and worked through 3 pm without stopping for anything. They were recommended by a friend on OLLItalk. I had them detail my 2013 Rav4 and power washed my deck, screen porch, front porch and sidewalk. They moved furniture away and back, washed 15 outside cushions, helped me repot my 3 large cracked ceramic planters and were pleasant about doing several things not on the original project list. My car engine sparkles, the wax job on exterior was so good it looked like a mirror finish, the interior looks better than when I bought my car new in 2013; in other words I will be using them every year from now on to detail my car and power wash my outside living areas. I am very picky and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. read more

Boogie has detailed our car twice now, and we have been delighted with his work. He always shows up on time, ready to start immediately, and leaves the car in great condition. The engine compartment looks like the car has never been driven! The floor mats are freshly shampooed and look great. We will definitely give Boogie a call when we're ready for another detailing. read more

Boogie was set up at a local jiffy store and I pulled in for a bottle of wine but ended up getting a detail too. My car was super dirty and I had a date that night so I wanted to make a good impression. Boogie not only did a good job on the car he gave me some inside tips on where to take my date. Suffice it to say the date was impressed with the clean car and the top notch recommendations Boogie made on where to take her. I was getting my truck detailed for selling and Boog or his employee pulled a spark plug (when cleaning engine) causing the check engine light to go on. I didn't notice this and a couple interested in buying my truck noticed it when they hit the freeway when test driving and taking to their mechanic. It made them not want to buy the truck. I took the truck to my mechanic the next day and they said the engine light went on because of a person physically pulled spark plug. I lost a sale and told Boog this and apologized but didn't make an offer to reimburse some of my money for the trouble and time of the couple, my friends trucking me back and forth to mechanic, and time and loss of sale for me. disappointing. he did returned to remove glue from stripping he attached. read more
