The vending machines have signs stating they are out of product, all of them, the drying towels, windshield towels, air fresheners, ect. I'm shocked that the coin changers are working. I tried their "upgraded" brushless wash and it was a total failure, a water hose could have done a better job. The facility didn't just go down hill, it fell completely off the edge. I will find another to wash my vehicles.

He tried to blame it on the age of my car & I told him it wouldn't matter if it was 1 yr old this is dirt I'm wiping off or scraping off with my finger nail. This time I opted for penultimate choice as it advertised "Triplex Wheel Scrub", and the brake dust had been building up for a while. Next time I'll wash her the old fashioned way in my driveway. The car body itself came out clean, the windshield is almost clean. The headlight covers don't look like they got washed at all, and the wheels are better than when I drove in, but not what I expected. For half the price I'll stick with the cheapest option next time.

It would have been nice to know that there was a long wait so I could opt to go somewhere else, but this place is designed in such a way that you once you're in line, you can't get out. I'm convinced that this is purposeful, as the owner(s) probably knew that people would start leaving once they realized that getting their car washed here is a 30-minute commitment. The machines do a decent job and the prices are good, but I will only return if there are fewer than three cars ahead of me.
