Boogie's BBQ ist ein kleines BBQ Laden wo die guten BBQ machen und es schmeckt auch sehr gut. Es gibt auch ein paar Sachen wo man sich verbessern muss und dann ist das auch ein 5 Stern Lokal. Mit dem Thema essen vorbestellen und reservieren und auch bekommen ist ein Problem. Auch schwierig ist es einfach vorbei gehen zu essen nach 18 Uhr und bekommen mindestens eine Runde von was ein Family haben möchte, weil alles oder ein grosses Teil der Essen was da ist, bleibt reserviert für die Kunden die telefonisch bestellt haben. Dafür sind die Kunden in der Geschäfte gefahren und zu besuchen. Sie sollen auch bevorzugt sein um die Dankbarkeit zu anbieten das Sie zu ihr Business gekommen sind. Customer Service und Kunden Bindung ist auch die Zukunft für jeden Business. Aufräumen und Sauberkeit soll auch ein Teil der Kern Geschäftsprozesse sein. I'd highly recommend this place. We are tourists in town for s couple days and one fo staff members took time to make some great recommendations for us. The meat was done extremely well. Great tenderness and flavor. We got the Mississippi Combo. Ribs, pulled pork, burnt ends and brisket. I personally wasn't a big fan of the potato salad or coleslaw but it's just a personal preference I think the flavors were more common for Germany. You won't go wrong with this place. I haven't tried anything else here*** The pulled pork sandwich, which was nothing but cooked pork in bread & you have to add the sauce as per your choice. Is this really the way real american sandwiches are made? If yes, not much impressed with it. The sauces were also OK. Tried all 4 sauces in small quantities, only one of them (Voodoo) was nice, all the others were of not my liking. Overall the place was small but nice. The service was quick. Not impressed with the sandwich, but the still probably visit again for the ribs. read more

The best smoke house in Germany ! The closest thing you will get too a midwestern st am mike house!

The service I received was great, they servers were very attentive. The food was even better, the ribs were falling off the bone and very well seasoned and smoked the pulled pork was good as well. Was eating the full rack of ribs meal with a quarter pound of Brisket and for a slight second I forgot I was in Germany and thought I was back home eating at a southern BBQ type restaraunt. The ribs were perfect, the brisket was really good, great pastrami, coleslaw was good and so were the baked beans, I would recommend this place to anyone craving some good ol American BBQ in Nuremburg. read more

Boogie's had been open for a year now and I've almost made a weekly visit. I must say that this is the most authentic American food I've anywhere in Germany. If it's your first visit, the ribs (the flagship dish) are a must. They are cooked in the smoker behind the restaurant and are easily worth the price. As you visit more, go deeper into the menu. Also, try all the different sauces. Each one is a unique fit to each menu item. The sides are also refreshing because there isn't an American cliché in sight. I personally love the homemade beans. The atmosphere is relaxed with self-serve drinks and American folk music. Absolutely worth the trip if you want a real southern food experience. read more

At Boogie´s you enjoy BBQ food out of the smoker which is pretty unique in the area here. Along with John`s in Penzendorf it has a charming US Diner kind style. But compared to there here you get smoked meat. The burger patty could taste more spicy respectively more smoked, but that is my preference. But the smoked beans and the whole Hamburger are delicious. Highly recommendable, without any doubt, is the Burnt Ends Sandwich. Damn good taste and tender meat. read more

Drove to Nuremberg just to have some American BBQ. This place is just off of the main Street just in case you can't find it. It was obvious alot of Americans go there. Photos of soldiers, a huge USA flag etc. They even had a map of USA with pins in it denoting where patrons were from. The beef brisket was good though I was disappointed they did not have French fries. I will repeat for great BBQ when in Nuremberg. read more

Best BBQ Place in town. Probably the best offerings of smoked meat I've found in the city. The flavor is very good, Plus an outdoor area and a mediocre beer choices. For the first time a restaurant here said "American" and really was! The BBQ is amazing, the beans were great, even the coleslaw was spot on. My only criticisms would be the potato salad...not a fan and the beer options. The service was great, we will be back. The Area 51 sauce was my fave. read more

Deliciousness! The only place I trust for authentic BBQ in Bavaria (maybe Germany...haven't been everywhere yet)

This may be the only real American style BBQ joint in Germany. The brisket is an absolute must. It's so delicious that you really don't even need to add any BBQ sauce. But the BBQ sauce is awesome, too. Especially the "Area 51" which is a classic Kansas City smoky style. Be sure to ask for "Boogie's Squealing Pig" sauce to add some heat. The owner used to be a chef at Pappy's in St. Louis, which is a very famous place there. He's done a good job of replicating it in Germany. My only criticism would be the ribs. They were good- much better than most in Germany- but nowhere near the fall-off-the-bones standard at Pappy's or most other serious BBQ places in USA. The sides are also rather limited. But the BBQ baked beans make up for a lot. Seriously some of the best baked beans I've ever had. If you've never had American baked beans, you're in for a real treat. read more
