I went in to this record store one day to see if they had wax. I found a few new LPs and a lot of…read moreold ones. I bought a few of the new ones. Upon checking out, the kind lady at the front desk told me she could order up LPs for me. I told her that I was looking for a 45 of a song from years ago but that doubt it was available as I could not find it anywhere. So, could she look and see if she could find the album. The LP was not available. The next time I went in to the store I grabbed a few more new vinyl records and upon checking out she said like it was no big deal, "Oh, I found this for you. " She handed me this 45 record that I spent at least 10 years looking for. I am a big dude but I bit my tongue as to not happy ugly cry. It was one of the kindest things anyone had ever done for me. Customer for life. And I have gone in this store multiple times and customers really appreciate and love dealing with her because she truly cares about good customer service. There are other treasures to be found here. Rare records, old guitars (Saw one for $40 that was in good condition.) They also have a ton of Compact Discs, amplifiers and a mixture of neat stuff. A fun place to drop by. And EXCELLENT Customer Service

I loved this place!…read more You never know what you'll get with one of these multimedia shops. I went on Black Friday and they had some great sales. It was fantastic - packed with stuff. They sell tons of collectible figures (including pop funko), comics, records, tapes, dvds, cds etc. used and new. They had an incredible LOTR collectible figure corner. It was above an employee only area so I had to ask the employees to pull things down for me and let me walk inside a bit closer to read what was up on the wall. That was annoying to do but they were nice. They had a ton of stuff overall I haven't seen in other places and I spent a LOT of money here! :)

We were using a Visa gift card to pay for a portion of these items when the owner/manager informed us that they couldn't process the gift card because of their antiquated transaction equipment. He said "we type the card information in manually and sometimes it works". Hmmm, sounds as if this has happened before and it'd be smart to update your systems to accommodate your costumers. He was rude and combative when we expressed how dissapointed we were that this happened. He doesn't want your business. The items are over-priced for used CDs and records anyway.
