JOYBOUND'S DENTAL SERVICES I have nothing but praise for…read moreJoybound's new dental services.  The application process was easy and done entirely online.  My feline Buddy had one pre-surgery appointment for a checkup and blood work.  Surgery day (including extractions) went smoothly.  We were sent home with good instructions and pain medication; Dr. Bellmund checked in with me a few days later. Besides their expertise and efficiency, Dr. Bellmund and her team were kind and compassionate--just what I needed at a time when I was worried and concerned. All that and--the pricing is significantly lower than a recent estimate I received from a local private-practice veterinarian clinic. Buddy is now a happier cat.  I'm seeing a positive change in his personality.  Thank you, Joybound, for all you do for pets and pet parents.  I am grateful.

I was looking for a baby kitten, and thankfully I found exactly the little cat I was hoping for. The adoption process was easy and smooth, and you can really tell how much the staff cares about the animals. The cats are very well treated, and the conditions they are kept in are excellent. Everything was clean, organized, and the animals looked healthy, happy, and loved. Thank you to everyone at Joybound People & Pets for all the care and dedication you give to these animals. I truly recommend this adoption center!

I particularly appreciate the pre-filing questionnaire-which helps make gathering documents and preparation a breeze. The Tax Dome App is incredibly convenient for uploading files on the go. I wanted to edit this review, because it made me sound like I reviewed while mad/upset…read more I have been working with this company for 5+ years, & I used to file single. Once I was married & we had complicated things to add, we made sure to go to Viet. I used to get to make an appointment with him in person & he answered any & all of my questions, before I filed. But sadly COVID hit & things changed to online. My husband & I have changed careers several times since 2022, & we had a baby, so there are several things to add into your taxes. This year, we spent over $15k in medical expenses, had our first child, & hoped we would get some kind of a tax refund. But unfortunately that didn't happen. When I asked about adding money to our IRAs, or why we didn't get to file itemized, or how else we can reduce our tax bracket, we were told it was a "paid question that required a paid appointment". Anyway, I think you can get your own taxes done for free or less than you're charged by this guy. He can't help you with basic questions without requiring money so... stay aware & ask questions!

In 12th grade, I had a volunteer come into my classroom to help us start our own business. We were…read morethe most successful class in the history of our school, and I finally understood what a checking account was by the end of the experience. I will never forget my volunteer, or how much I learned from that real-world experience. Now - I work here! It's definitely a different perspective, but it's great to have had past history with this organization. Currently, I am attending USF for my Master's in Nonprofit Administration, so I have had the opportunity to research and study many nonprofits around the world. I have worked at Junior Achievement for about a year, and I have had the opportunity to volunteer in every grade level Kindergarten-12th. My organization supports the staff in our quest to both recruit and train volunteers, AND to volunteer ourselves. It's been an amazing experience, and I enjoy sharing this opportunity with others! I was a bit nervous about teaching 20 second graders for an entire day, but have also always…read morethought how teaching sounds kinda fun so I thought why not? JA does an incredible job preparing you for your day. There is a booklet with DETAILED instructions along with props for activities. It does take a while to read through everything plus you want to sort of memorize most of it so you're not just reading from a book the whole day. There were super fun stuff like "making" donuts, but there were also moments like when I was explaining "brainstorming" when I saw a glazed look over 40 eyeballs. Nonetheless, it was a really fun day and the kids are so awesome. I was lucky enough to have a co-teacher so that made things a lot easier. We also spaced out the lessons/activities with games like simon says and a super competitive game of musical chairs. It's also good to ask the teacher beforehand if there are tricks like how to get them all to be quiet and listen (our class was this clappy thing). Highly recommend this volunteer project though you'll need to take a day off from work for doing it, but it's a great experience!!!
