I just wish I got more adjustments and help from some of the instructors. I told one of them it was only my 3rd class and she didn't give me any adjustments at all, so I wasn't sure if I was moving correctly. I did really love Kaitie though, she was welcoming to me my first time and helped adjust my body as needed and gave me tips. Overall, a decent place. Just wish I got some more attention as a beginner from the other instructors.

I love this gym but everything is always broken... Today I…read moregot on my first treadmill and it was unplugged, easy fix? Sure. Before plugging it in I move to another and the screen wasn't working. Okay moving on through my workout 1st stationary bike, screen broken. Moved to gym floor & started the circuit machines - only 1 of 6 not working today. Better than usual I suppose. Workout completed One of my favorite things about this gym is the recover area, so I went to do the leg compression. 1st set (size small) air leak in zone 1. Next set (size small) air leak zone 1. Sitting in 3rd chair down, decide I'll just stick with this set and skip zone one but the chair is broken and won't lean back at all. Decide if I am going to switch chairs at this point I should grab another set but then I was informed the other two sets left out all had leaks too. So I do my 10 minutes with leaks and sitting up straight. Swing by the front desk because I've been a member for over a year and this is pretty much a regular visit here. Once during a GTX class the front plate of the treadmill just fell off while the girl next to me was on it. All we could do was laugh Hate to complain but decide it's time to say something although I've heard from other members it won't change anything... I give it a shot. I report all the items while my husband orders us two protein shakes (about $21) and she said I can file a concern on the app or she can relay the message Monday. I have no intention of figuring out how to report each thing on the app, I honestly don't care that much because we can always switch gyms but I thought I'd give a heads up to anyone considering joining. I do love lots of things about this gym but it's not seeming to be worth the price tag currently. Some pros include the private sauna's in each bathroom and their additional coed saunas by the pool. The pool area in general is awesome, the kids love the slide and the snack bar (not outrageous but priced like you are at a beach club) They do have an adequate amount of equipment, so even with a bunch of broken things I can usually find enough other things to do to complete my workout. Large parking lot and great location.

The studio is dimly lit, which is great because you don't feel like all eyes are on you even if you are using light weights or going slower than others. I have never been a fan of treadmills but the short drills of differing times, speeds, and inclines make the time go quickly. All of the trainers are genuinely friendly and encouraging. After just a few weeks, I feel so much stronger and have much more endurance. I feel much better in my own body. Love it!

I stopped in to take 6 classes this week while I was back and had the pleasure of taking two of Coach Danielle's classes. She's absolutely incredible! She has the best energy, welcomes everyone in and socializes with the members, is engaged during classes across all of the stations, is great at demo'ing and correcting form/posture, and had great music to tie it all up.
