This type of gym is expensive, and the pricing here is no exception, but I have been absolutely amazed with my results and progress. The studio is dimly lit, which is great because you don't feel like all eyes are on you even if you are using light weights or going slower than others. I have never been a fan of treadmills but the short drills of differing times, speeds, and inclines make the time go quickly. All of the trainers are genuinely friendly and encouraging. After just a few weeks, I feel so much stronger and have much more endurance. I feel much better in my own body. Love it! read more

I've never burned calories like this before. The class moves so quickly, you barely have time to consider how many muscles you're working or that you might be tired! I love that I get a half hour of cardio and a half hour of weights in each class, I would never get this much done at the gym on my own. So worth the effort and money after being a member for 7 months. PLUS they offer childcare, which few gyms around here have. I moved here last summer and I kept seeing posts about Shred. I quickly received a free day pass and I joined the gym right after I took that class. I was hooked! I have been to many gyms and taken many group fitness classes. I've done the workouts from home or on my own. I continue to show up to Shred five days a week because they keep my accountable, they provide awesome teachers (who have now become friends), and a fun environment. The room is dark, the music is blasting, and I always leave the room a better person. They are constantly trying to improve and be part of the community. I highly recommend Shred for women and men. Great, fun workout!! It's tough but so do-able. Each circuit is so short, as soon as you start to hate it your 30 - 60 seconds is up and off to a new move. It makes the class fly by. Loud fun music and great instructors. read more

In a town where there are many different gyms and fitness concepts, I truly believe Shred415 is one of the best, if not THE best, in the area. The workouts will push you past what you feel is possible. The instructors guide you through each workout in a way that feels so much more personal than a typical group fitness class. I can't give enough praise for the Castle Rock Shred415. From the front desk employees to the trainers...all amazingly nice, encouraging people. I've been a member at Lifetime and Orange Theory and Shred415 blows both out of the water. The workout is always challenging and changing to keep you interested and engaged. The instructors are top notch. They know just when to give you a little boost to keep you going. They are always willing to help you with your form, give you alternative moves to accommodate any injuries and to be by your side on your fitness journey. The facility is also beautiful and clean.
