He told me he could come out the next day to fix my issue. Gave me a verbal estimate, which he held to at the end of the small project. Aaron arrived in the window of time which he said he would. He even had to leave to go get the correct part number, but was only gone for minutes. All in all, he was quick and seemed to perform quality work. The paperwork said his work had a 30 day warranty, which is reassuring. I also asked him a barrage of questions about the spigots and also some other things having to do with valves on my faucets (for some potential future work)....He was very transparent with me and took a few minutes to share with me a ton of useful information which I found very helpful. I am big on customer service, the little nuances are what does it for me, this company has employees that look you in the eye when they speak, they give you a firm handshake at the beginning and end of the job, and they follow through with everything they say they are going to do. Blue thing and yellow thing are towels he wrapped around the leaking pipes. He never fixed the leak only masked it so after the towels were saturated it started to show signs of leaking again.

She called "Dan" who explained how the WH models changed over the years, and the parts changed with it - and yes, it should work just fine. If not, they'd work with me to get it figured out.
