Tried following week over and over but no response,finally had to call someone else to fix it and they came over in morning and found problem in less than a minute,bad air valve,cost me $37 in parts,works great now,Now they billed me and I refused to pay as they didn't do anything and explained I called office and tech more than 50 times in 2 1/2 weeks with no response,they now sent it to collection agency ! I have used them for new furnaces and A/C units in all my income properties and my house for over 30 years,but now seems they are out of business ? At least they act like thay are out of business !
