Went a second time and the food was actually goood. The brown bag burger was delicious.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I can't believe it. This place is a hit or miss. Ever since my last review, I got better service, but today 4/29/2026 for lunch it was garbage. I went in and sat at my normal area next to the bar, there were at least 4 ladies standing at the greeting desk and I waited at least 12 minutes or so no one said anything, they sat there talking. It wasn't until my White co-worker walked up to the table that the waitress for my table came over and asked if we needed something. I don't know that if it was because of color or that she had finally finished talking about it being her damn birthday. At this point I'm pissed, and asked for a Texas special, asked what size and then when she came back, she stated that they were out of the Texas special ‍. My buddy asked for an Ultra, they were out of that. I can understand maybe running out of the Ultra, but HTH do you run out of your house beer?! Either way this was 1:30 in the afternoon how does she not know that they are out? Then you have bar tenders that are slow af, because they are busy taking selfies and talking to their buddies sitting at the bar. Finally my buddy and I got up and I said let's get the F outta here, a manager happens to walk by and ask what's going on Sir, why are you upset. We explain to him that this seems to happen all the time. Cody mention that he would fix it, but we are talking about things that shouldn't have to be fixed after the 4-6 months they have been opened and the countless days we have both been there. I'm talking 4 out of 5 days . I was going to have my team building there tomorrow, but I think I'm taking my guys across the freeway to Little Woodrow's ! read more

I don't usually write Yelp reviews, but Abby absolutely forced my hand (in the best way possible). From the second she walked up, the entire vibe of the sports bar upgraded. I'm talking main-character energy. Abby has gorgeous brown hair, the kind of effortless, natural beauty that makes you stop mid-sentence and think, wow, okay. Beyond looks (which, let's be honest, are elite), Abby was hands-down the best server I've had in a LONG time. She was attentive without hovering, funny without trying too hard, and somehow managed to keep the drinks flowing and the table laughing even during a packed rush. Orders were perfect, timing was flawless, and she genuinely made everyone feel like VIPs. This sports bar already has great food and a fun atmosphere, but Abby is the reason I'll be back. She's the kind of server you remember days later and tell your friends about. If you come here and don't ask for Abby, you're missing out on the full experience. Service was non-existent. There were at least 15, I am not exaggerating, wait staff standing at the back of the restaurant chatting or staring off into space. I had joined some friends for happy hour after they had been there awhile. I never got to order, they never came to refill drinks and it took an act of congress to get our checks so that we could go somewhere different with service. read more

This is absolutely my favorite place to come to everyday to take a breather and relax . The staff and bartenders are amazing including my favorite GM Catrina who always makes sure everything is alright. She always has everyone's best interest at heart and accommodates us in so many ways. She is one of the main reasons that we continue to come back. Entering BoomerJacks was definitely a nice vibe. The music was nice and the seating is plentiful. The hostess was attentive and we were seated very quickly. Service was okay and kind of slow but I think it was due to the restaurant being new. The prices are not insane and very reasonable. The food was actually delicious. The wagyu tasted great and my partner loved the flatbread pizza. The baked potato soup was definitely great. Ultimately I gave it three stars because nothing about this place stood out though. Great place to go eat if you're in the area but it's nothing amazing. It's a standard restaurant with drinks and food. read more

Went there on opening day (Monday). 2 bartenders and a trainer. Trainer is there telling the bartender what to do and they still failed to bring silverware for my food and even lied about bringing it to the trainer. Salmon was over cooked and the steamed veggies were dry like it was in a dehydrator instead of steamed. Went back the next day to give them a second try. This time sitting in the dining table. 5 servers in the back area standing around no one greeted and the place is slow, like 20 tables total. so I just got up and left. Hostess was nice on the greeting though. Don't think I would go back. For those of you going for the first time, don't have high expectations. read more

I can't recommend this place to anyone anymore. We had a waitress send a picture of my friends and I to our friend baby momma who are currently fighting for custody of their child. We did not ask for the picture nor were we aware she took it. She sneaky took it and posted it online. This is the second time she has done this and we brought this up with management. Both Managers did nothing at all and told us to call ahead next time to make sure the waitress isn't working before we come. This is clearly harassment, and they tried to tell us it's not. I have names of everyone involved, my next step is corporate and having my lawyer's involved. read more

I went to BoomerJack's and had the best experience! The bartenders, the food everything was amazing. The entire staff worked together as a team and really made the whole visit enjoyable. The building is new, and I have to say it's very clean. The restrooms were spotless, and there was nothing on the floors. Someone was always wiping tables and sweeping, and the servers really took care of their areas. It's just an all-around great, family-friendly environment.I'll definitely be back! read more

Don't expect any food that is freshly made. This menu has no uniqueness. Think of the food here as paying for someone to warm up food you find in the freezer section at the grocery store or can get at a mid tier fast food place. Service was fine. But we ordered other things we liked & sat for over 15 minutes after we were done. Instead of ordering more, we decided to go to another place for drinks. Absolutely horrible! We walked out! We were seated and then they decided they seated us in the wrong place but decided to "let us stay" at the table. We had to order drinks TWICE (just water and iced tea). My husband asked for sugar for his tea and it was never delivered. Server had NO CLUE and could not answer questions about the menu. We placed our order. Both meals came with a salad included. Again, the server had no clue what dressings they served. 15 minutes later, ONE salad was brought out when there should have been TWO. I mentioned this to the person that brought the salad and he said "yes ma'am" and walked away. We waited another 10 minutes, no one came, NO SECOND SALAD WAS EVER DELIVERED!!! That was when I said to my husband I am not spending over $50 for lunch for this. We left!! I can't believe this place was so horrible on a Friday just before noon. There were not many people there and now I understand why. We are usually very patient and understanding people but this was ridiculous and irritating. Service was good. This might be a great place for drinks and watching the big screen tv. The food however is not the draw. The chicken fried chicken was very bland. The bbq wings were also not a hit. worst bartenders in town in the evening. they will , literally, walk back and forth in the middle of the bar and not even look at the patrons at the bar. very frustrating. I would have ordered more drinks, but they don't pay attention to me. only the ones they like to flirt with. happens often. there 3 or 4 bartenders tonight, and they were not checking on me. with that many back there, they should be constantly checking on all patrons. the good ones are Kenna, Mitzy, Sidney, and Danni. the rest are weak. very disappointing service! and the food is not very good either. they have fantastic drink prices, but are very lacking in the other areas read more
