The situation became confusing because at first they confirmed there was a jacket, but then they changed their response. What was most disappointing was not just the loss of my item, but the lack of concern or effort to help resolve the issue. Even with the owner present, there was no attempt to check cameras or properly investigate what happened. Considering that there were no customers left when we exited--only staff cleaning the tables--this situation is very concerning. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I believe the restaurant should improve how they handle lost items and customer concerns.
