For 3 days my heat had not been working in my apartment. Well I could not find them and they did not provide me with an operator's manual. She also never did send me the link for the YouTube instructions on the remote. When I next reported the problem (02/07/19, 7:23 pm) to my landlord he said it was operator error and my fault even though he set the controls before I moved in and even his assistant Jenny Cork reported she came in the adjust the setting to make sure it was correct. I had also consulted with the resident in apartment #5 to make sure the remote control was set to heat and he confirmed that my settings were correct. Instead of giving me an instruction manual on how to operate the controls they wanted me to look up the instructions on my own on YouTube, which I never found and that Jenny Cork said she would send but never did the week of 02/01/19. The second time I reported it on 02/07/19, 10:23pm, the landlord David Bollinger said quote "I was a complainer" and "they made a mistake and thought I was a good person"(have saved all this in a text and email communication). They finally sent out their handy man on Friday 02/09/19, 5:00pm. He did not solve the problem Friday and did not solve it Saturday when he came back. Friday and Saturday nights were below freezing outside. When it failed on Saturday 5:00pm there was a strange code on the display panel. This was something even the handy man did not how to fix. I had to wait for them to get the code book from the landlord's office on Sunday afternoon (12:00pm) for them to figure out what was wrong. This problem was well over the head of the handy man they sent out to fix. And the landlord had been slow and unconcerned with the problem and not until I posted on FaceBook Sunday what duress and cold I had been facing the past three days did they get serious about fixing it. They also said that the apartment would be deep cleaned before I moved in and it never was. Also they said they would keep the electricity turned on from 01/26/19 until 02/01/19 but it was immediately turned off on the 01/27.

Their website emphasizes foundation drainage specialists and protecting homes from moisture intrusion and water damage, and Robbie spent considerable time evaluating our property and discussing a plan before work began. Unfortunately, our experience once construction started was very different from what we expected. On the first day, the crew began digging without reviewing the project with us, which resulted in work being performed in the wrong area of the yard. Over the course of the project, portions of the drainage system were repeatedly dug up and reworked due to installation issues. This led to extensive disruption of our yard, damage to areas that did not need to be disturbed, and utility lines being cut during construction. What was expected to be a relatively straightforward drainage project ultimately stretched to nearly a month of ongoing rework and adjustments. Communication from the field crew was limited, and when the project was finished, there was no walkthrough or explanation of the completed system. Most importantly, the drainage issues were not resolved. During the first significant storm after completion, water again pooled against the side of our house and we experienced a water intrusion inside our home. This resulted in damage that required additional remediation and led us to hire another contractor to redesign and correct the drainage work. I will say that Robbie was generally communicative throughout much of the process and was professional in our interactions. However, there was a significant disconnect between what was discussed during planning and what was ultimately executed in the field. In the end, despite the time, cost, and disruption involved, we were left with the same drainage problems we hired the company to solve. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Oklahoma Landscape for drainage projects. (attached photos are of the completed project)

Be careful when calling this company up for service they bill every month and continue to bill thru…read morethe winter months even when no service is being performed. So to get your lawn sprayed with kelp and fungicide and seeded it will cost you over $900 for a very small front lawn in the suberbs. If you try to cancel the service they are rude hang up on you, and immediately charge your card for the remainder of the year. And the best part your lawn still looks as bad as it did, if not worse from the thatcher and has clumps of dirt all over leaving it uneven and grass is barely growing.
