Very unprofessional…read more They Kept leaving the job site. When I asked for updates the owner/job coordinator Ted Massad was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I had scheduled this Sunday and was told they would be out Monday morning. The first worker showed up on Monday around 10:00 in a regular truck and left 10 minutes later saying he needed to get more tools. 2 hours went by without any updates so I called back and was told that an actual plumber would be out to help. Another hour went by and someone named Bailey showed up and said he needed someone else to get under the crawl space. He left and didn't come back. I call the owner again at 4:00 ( by the a storm had came through. They said they would be out the next morning. Meanwhile the water was off due to the leak I wanted them to fix. The next morning at 9:00 they still hadn't showed up so I called the owner again ( Ted Massad) and told if if they were there by 10:00 I was calling someone else. ( the water had been off for two days at this point ) . When his people finally showed up at 10:30 I told them to leave, I had lost trust in their ability to solve this problem and didn't want to do business with them. At this point in time Ted Massed called me an idiot and threatened to put a lean on the house. I went back and forth with him for a bit and he repeatedly called me names ( I have a copy of the entire text ) We called an actual plumber that showed up within an hour , capped the line and got the water back on ( my son and his wife live in the house ) I paid Ted Massad $94 for his people that repeatedly showed up ( very late ) but didn't do any work. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PAID THEM $94 FOR NOTHING. TED IS VERY INSULTING. DO NOT USE THEM.

It started by a phone call to Jason and telling him I have a leak in one of my rooms and that I have no idea how this all works. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He worked with me to find the time that worked for me and then came by and inspected the roof, then he gave me a detailed step by step on how the whole process works including my interactions with my insurance company, and mortgage company. The process went exactly the way he described from beginning all the way till the end. Now, let me talk about the day the guys came out to replace my roof. The job was completed and they left and you wouldn't even know there was work being done from how clean they left my place. I didn't find one nail or anything left behind. They did a great job in completing the job and leaving the place clean. Now let me talk about the folks that came and did the interior repair. I wish I remember their name. They were hired by Jason and his company. They are great folks. They also did the job and left with my room super clean and you wouldn't know that I had any repair done. My ceiling looks great and you can't tell there was a repair. They worked with me on my busy schedule and were very flexible with days and times. I was so nervous and worried but I am not going to lie, Jason did a great job by being transparent and clear in his description of the process. I would recommend Home Again Roofing to anyone. They are great people. I turned around and a person I didn't know was standing in my private yard! He then proceeded to tell me that he had rang the doorbell, but no one answered, he then heard the mower and proceeded to the back yard. This is NOT okay. He then said, "I heard the mower, and thought I'd find a kid back here!" That is even more concerning that he would enter a private backyard, and approach a kid. He went on to tell me his speech about doing work in the neighborhood and on and on. I cannot recall how many times he asked me to let him do a free inspection, because I was shaking from the sheer audacity and surprise of a stranger in my private space. Shame on this company for taking my personal time and not giving me the choice. Shame on this man for entering a private property. Health issue prevent me from doing my lawn in a quick manner and every moment counts. He was a fool to leave his card thinking I would EVER do business or recommend this company.
