It's a pretty good store, but definitely room for improvement. The layout is nice and makes their products easy to find. They have a sample station. Just ask for a disposable tip to try out different flavors. The staff are usually nice, but you can tell when you get one that really doesn't want to be there and is doing the bare minimum to get by. The prices on the liquids are decent, but with a very limited selection of higher nic liquids. Their coil prices are the same as elsewhere around town except that there isn't a discount on 5 packs etc. You pay full price for each coil while the store down the road is $5 cheaper on the exact same pack of 5 coils. Their mod prices are very high compared to online. Even after his military discount, the box my son bought me for Christmas was almost 3 times what the entire kit costs online and then he had to purchase a tank as well. I was disappointed my last visit because the employee brought out 2 small bottles of liquid that had liquid spilt all over them and they were at least 10% empty. They didn't have any larger bottles in the nic I prefer and tried to pawn these two off on me at full price and then charged me full price for the coils without a quantity discount. I'll be getting my coils elsewhere and looking for liquid online. read more

Love this place and the friendly staff. They always take the time to answer my many many questions without seeming to get frustrated. With Covid-19 you can no longer sample vape flavors so it's nice to be able to exchange if you get one you don't like. read more

I was driving through Beaumont and my friend and I stopped and picked up some vapor cigarettes as presents. The staff was very professional and friendly and spent time educating us and recommended some good choices for us to purchase.
