What an awesome experience. When I called with concerns about my computer Jeff immediately began to put my mind at ease as he explaining the steps he would take to identify the issue. He assured me that whatever it might be he would be able to help. Once I arrived at his shop he was quick to get started looking at my PC and told me what he was doing as I watched. He was so friendly, super polite, and very reassuring. Turns out my issue was a simple fix.
