Last year I was having issues with my former pool company. I had an issue and after two weeks they were so busy they still hadn't come. I saw a Boonton pool truck and called the number from work. An hour later, Gary, the owner was at my house, diagnosed and fixed the problem and has been my pool company for the rest of last season and this! I had another issue with my heater today and texted Gary a video at 3:48pm. At 5:00, the Boonton Pool crew was leaving my property with my heater fixed, needed chemicals in the pool and a date to come back when they can to remove and install our decking caulk in August to prevent separation this winter. Boonton Pools was faster, better and more reasonable than my for pool company who'd been in business for over 30 years and lost my business in two anxious weeks of no show or call. Company showed up on time and had the equipment to open our pool. Was disappointed to find out that we are being charged full opening amount when they could not fulfill and finish the opening service (could not sweep and vacuum the pool due to water condition upon opening) however as we have now learned, this company operates on a charge for service call instances no matter what actually gets done. Chemical charges ended up being significantly more then was explained to us over the phone. Also watch for errors in billing as we had to have an extra charge removed. read more

Gary and his team are wonderful. They have maintained our pool for years and we have always had a clean and sparkling pool. In addition to open, close and weekly maintenance they have done a number of updates for us. Replaced and old oil heater with a modern gas one , renewed the tiles and refinishing the coping. 5/5! They set up my solar pool heater almost 2 years ago, and it's absolutely amazing. Sometimes the pool gets so warm I have to turn it off, which is a great thing! Gary is an awesome guy, he opens and closes my pool and they do a fantastic job. Recently I had a leak and I sent him over a text and he was super quick to answer. He quickly came over and fixed the leak, no charge! I would definitely recommend this company for your pool needs. read more
