What a great experience! We needed a pro to help with our Boxer's shedding. We tried all of the online products but nothing really worked. We called Boops N Bubbles to set up an appointment. It was easy. We scheduled a day and did the rest through text. They showed up on time and also text letting me know they were on their way. Two professional ladies took my dog into their work station van and went to town. It took about an hour and a half. My dog had a traumatic experience with a previous groomer and has been getting groomed at home by me and my husband for the past year. I read all the great reviews about Boops N Bubbles and thought we were ready for him to see a professional groomer again. My dog didn't think so. However, Laurie who drove out to Livermore to groom him was an absolute angel. I know that if my dog hadn't been so fearful, he would've had a great time with her. Although we weren't able to conduct his groom, Laurie didn't leave us empty handed. She gave us invaluable advice for grooming our dog at home to achieve the cut we're looking for. She also recommended her dog's behavioral specialist for us to look into. I can't thank her enough. Amy helped schedule our appointment last minute and was caring through the whole process since I was nervous for my pup to see a groomer again. You can tell both Laurie and Amy love what they do, as they were heartbroken to learn how much PTSD my dog still has from the previous groomer. They weren't mad that the groom couldn't be completed, and instead made us feel good that we were making the right decision to prioritize our pup's (and Laurie's) safety and comfort over the groom. Business was responsive and scheduled my appointment quickly. Appreciated how attentive the groomer was to my dog and the time spent to ensure the haircut was what we were looking for. Our dog was happy and the haircut was great. There is pricing is on the website but I was charged more than the stated pricing I'm guessing due to additional time spent with my dog. It would be great if the business was more transparent about additional charges upfront vs at the end of the service being told it's 25% more than quoted. read more

Just wanted to update my review. I had a good experience with every other groomer with this company besides the business owner. She price gouges, and seems to have high anxiety which can lead to mistrust when a person can see that, cause why are you so anxious? Anyway I have a very fluffy puppy so after a blow dry his fur is fluffy collar may seem too tight but it's not, just may need a temporary readjustment. She complained about everything. She said my dog's collar was too tight, all we did was adjust it. She said my dog may have an ear infection, took my dog to the vet incurred a bill and my dog didn't have an ear infection. She said my puppy snapped at her while she tried to reposition him while he was on high alert. My puppy plays with everyone in my community and knows everyone and she faced him to where he could see everyone and everything. He's was turning one the following week so of course his attention span is short. I mean she found every issue she could. She gave me the vet off Beethoven vibes. I've found my pup another groomer and back to normal, no problems. This place started off great. It's definitely the owner, definitely very manic at times -you can tell. Make sure your dog isn't matted. They look for mats so they can increase the price. I'm always ready for a show down so if they want to say the experience was different I have the texts to prove it, and my vet bills. Oh yeah, they ignored my millions of request to call instead of text to inform me they arrived. read more

Boops n' bubbles is a wonderful dog grooming service! The perk is that they're mobile and can come to you. Hayley did an amazing job grooming our baby Zoey. She did exactly what we requested. She was kind and brought her back to our doorstep when she was done. She even explained what she did which was very nice. Only downside is that sadly we won't be able to request Hayley anymore as she is finishing her studies however she did recommend Katrina which we will definitely be making a future appointment.
