I have a membership and I was excited about focusing on my health and wellness. This was the first time I have received services at this establishment. The nurse here on 12/6 is the person who assist me with these services. I alerted them more than 24 hours ahead that I am a hard stick/poke per their request. I asked the Nurse after the first attempt of poking me if there are accommodations, she reported that she uses these harsh straight needles on babies and children. Then on the 3rd try, she sticks it in an area where she verbally said, " This area tends to hurt" which was my wrist. I was there for literally several hours because one she sticked it in a known painful area and two they did not accommodate me with a butterfly needle as what every one else uses on me. The needle used was too big for me. This establishment prioritizes money over the best interest of their customer. I am not the only one with smaller/sensitive veins and it should be disclosed and advertised if they cannot and do not want to accommodate people with smaller veins. They rather stick me three times, have me there for several hours because I cannot take the fluids fast due to the placement and type of needle they used on me makes it sting. I tried to be so accommodating to them and understanding, but this is ridiculous for a service I am paying for just like everyone else. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Walking in you're greeted be the friendliest and most helpful staff. The facility is the perfect combination of spotless and cozy. It's sterile from a cleanliness standpoint, but far from a cold and off-putting medical environment. Every time I come in I'm treated like a priority, but so is every other person I see come in as I receive my treatment. The IV and shots are essentially painless due to the experience and care taken by the administrating staff. The chairs are comfortable, the treatments effective, the environment lovely. The first time I walked in Vanja helped me understand the procedure, helped me pick the best options for my goals, and made me feel at home. 11/10! I have been somewhat of a regular at Boost IV - Dr. Jon and the staff are all wonderful. Anemia brings me in for infusions of Venofer (iron) and I also get high dose Vitamin C IVs for an inflammatory condition. When I don't have time for an IV or don't need iron I find that getting shots really help to bolster my system and keep me going. I first met Dr. Luchs as a naturopath patient of his almost 8 years ago now. He understands health, and uses both naturopathic and allopathic approaches in a way that is logical and patient-centered. I have really been enjoying his Boost IV clinic's services for some time now. I use his IVs to recover from long bouts of air travel, as early intervention if I feel any kind of a bug coming on, and as a great way of generally feeling good and performing well in life. Had some issues with communication between different staff and my membership. Spoke with the owner and expressed my concerns and was hoping to get the issue resolved but owner was not accepting feedback or hearing my experience out, rudely cut me off while speaking because I didn't want to pay a $150 for a membership today after I just spent $230 there yesterday suggested I go elsewhere after expressing to him there was no reason for me to sign up for the membership after spending more than I intended to yesterday. Money hungry, rude, and unprofessional owner. Update: I was an active member. My card got denied for some odd reason they didn't contact me to let me know. I called back in June to ask if my membership was active I was told I would get a call back and never received a call back, called again no answer. I have a active card on file hence he refunded me the difference on the card they have on file. They were being difficult on restarting my membership regardless this is my review on on my experience and I stand by it the owner is rude and unprofessional. read more

The office suite is a little cramped and you do get a little chilly from the fluids dripping in, but it's better than feeling icky. I got the Athlete's Boost IV in preparation for a multi sport race the next where the temperature's were expected to be in the high 90's. I wanted to get some extra vitamins, electrolytes and hydration so I didn't have to pound water with additives the day before my event. I felt really good during and after my race.
