The technicians at the store were very pleasant. That is the only good thing I have to say…read more I went to the store to have a battery in my android device replaced. The tech said they used new batteries, but that they sometimes got bad batteries from their supplier. So if the battery goes bad, return to the store and they will replace it. The battery failed after 1 week. I returned to the store to get it replaced. The tech opened the phone and said that it appeared that a used battery had been installed. So he installed a new battery per their guarantee. When I picked up my phone, the tech was showing me the battery box that my battery came from to indicate it was new. Right on the box was a big orange sticker that said RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), clearly indicating that this battery had been returned to a supplier and was not new. The second battery failed within 2 weeks. Save yourself some money and find another vendor if you need a battery replacement.
