Absolutely amazing phone repair shop! My phone was not chaGong and I couldn't do anything. I tried to make an appointment with other well known companies and they will not get me kn till next week or told takes 3-7 business day or up to 2 weeks. It doesn't work for me. I didn't know what to do when my phone wouldn't charge because my phone accidently got dropped into some valentine cookies with frosting and sprinkles that I was delivering. I had a severely damaged phone, to the point where I thought there was no return! I was on a tight schedule with a flight to catch the next day. When I told them my situation they instantly started brain storming on how they could get it fixed in time. A wonderful employee named Sophie Stepped up and said she would stay at work longer in order to help me get my phone fixed in time. Great experience. Brought my girlfriends iphone 6s in for a repair. First time, I declined a diagnostic, and took my chances just getting a battery replaced. It charged/held charge for about a day. Brought it back expecting to pay for a new charger port, but Bad Apple did not have the parts immediately on hand. This time, they did a quick diag, and were mostly certain it was the charge port. To my surprise, they installed a second-hand part, completely free, no part/no labor. I couldn't even believe it. Your token of generosity did not go unnoticed, thank you for your help. Do not bring your apple products to this Bad Apple store unless you want them to break it for you and get horrible service. I took my iphone in to have a cracked screen repaired and they broke the earpiece so I cannot hear out of it. They still charged me for the screen and said they would order a new earpiece. Weeks later I keep checking to see if the earpieces came in and they kept saying maybe tomorrow maybe tomorrow. Today I go in the store and am told "The order was canceled.' So they try to put a used earpiece in my phone which does not work. Now they are ordering a part again which will be weeks away before it comes in. I asked for A set of headphones at least so I don't have to do all of my personal business on the speakerphone , but no they can't do that. I have a broken iphone that can only use speakerphone, and the new screen they put in is not as responsive as it should be so it needs to rereplacing. TERRIBLE SERVICE read more

I tried going here for what I am told is a pretty quick fix. I get there and they tell me that they are all blocked up for the night. I asked if I can make an appointment for another day. They tell me that they are first come first serve. That is understandable. I called before heading over and was advised no appointment needed. The person who helped me was Isaac who did a great job. I explained that I was unable to charge my phone due to something was stuck or bent inside the charging port on my iPhone 8. He checked it out and found a metal piece got stuck in the port from a charger that I was using at home. He offered to also clean my phone to help clean any other particles that might be in there.
