They had promised to pay off my phone and give us a fair price on our trade in phones. But nothing they promised happened, including "making things right." They just made things worse! We spent at least four hours trying to get what we were promised, including two call backs, which didn't happen, and the payoff trade in credits we were promised. We were told that there was nothing they could do, despite their promises to "make things right." Plus, the manager was very rude and unprofessional. If you're looking for a cell phone provider, I recommend Verizon or any other company besides T-Mobile. They are no good! Update: Nothing that T-Mobile promised happened and as soon as we pay off whatever T-Mobile dishonest debt we have is paid off, we're moving on to a new cell phone provider that has some integrity. Now I'll have higher priority on post-paid so I won't bog down in speed so much which is good. I spent a while getting my number ported in but the eSIM stopped working so I had to come into their store and get a new one. They did that quickly which I appreciated. 2 stars off overall though because not having any cell service and having to spend hours on the phone getting setup isn't a good new customer experience. There's definitely a learning experience for Verizon in all that took place and I hope they improve knowing what took place and provide a better experience to future customers. Original Review: I've worked in customer service for years in the past with patients and the general public. I want to make it clear that I'm a calm and professional individual. But getting my service setup with Verizon has been the most aggravating and frustrating experience of my entire 31 years of life. Their call centers remain closed until the late morning hours so you can't do a number port. When they are open and you've made it clear you want to port in a phone number and have them repeat back what you want to verify they understand you are stuck in the phone with them for literally hours trying to make that work to just end up getting a message telling you they're now closed and to call back once they're open. This is completely ridiculous and someone needs to be held accountable for providing such an extremely poor experience for a new customer. There is no way at all that a Verizon executive who would read this review and have the facts pulled would believe this is the experience that makes the business look good. This cannot be their vision for Verizon. So please pass along the feedback that something is incredibly wrong with the phone number porting process from Visible to Verizon Post-Paid.

One of the first stops I made was the Verizon store at Gresham Station. Andrew immediately greeted me and let me explain the situation while understanding that I was only in the research phase and would not be signing/transferring anything until the news was confirmed the following week. This didn't phase Andrew at all - in fact, he continued to work with me to find a plan that suited my needs without using any sales tactics. When we finally aligned on a plan that matched, Andrew handed me his business card and said that I could text him with any questions. Little did he know, I would be taking him up on his offer and asking him questions every other day for the next two weeks. During those two weeks, I went to AT&T and sadly admit, other Verizon branches to see if the offers varied and out of all of these experiences, none of them compared to Andrew's. The level of care, and willingness to work with me and remember the facts is what made me return to officially become a Verizon customer! Even after signing the contract and needing to wait to port the number over because of my complex situation, Andrew still worked with me instead of telling me to call customer service. His level of dedication to serve the needs of the consumers is why I am happy to have become a Verizon customer and will not be switching phone carriers anytime soon.

I needed a new charging port and I also got the cover for the charging port. They had a reasonable price and convenient location. Their repair guy was only there part time. At first they said they had to order it. I waited a week, then the repair guy said he had the part, I came by and he said, nope it won't work. Then they said they had to order the part after all. A little confusing, but once the part came they fixed it in about 30 minutes. More recently I ended up getting my phone wet and for some reason the new charging port cover did not work as well as the original one and the phone got wet inside, but over-all I'm a happy customer.

I've been using my current Samsung Galaxy for a few years, and like it. It is still performing well, and I like the size, although the battery performance was starting to wane. So I went online and bought a replacement battery (OEM) for about $10 on ebay, thinking I would just install it myself. After watching some youtube videos and trying to get the back cover off, I gave up and decided to have a pro do it. I reached out to a few different places, and the going rate was about $85 for a replacement battery installed -- but of course I already had the part! The guy here, however, was willing to install my provided part, and only charged me $45 for labor (a perfectly reasonable price, after I watched those youtube videos). The phone turned out great, and the operator of the business was friendly. I'm sure I'll be back for another repair in the future. (for those who are curious, this is in the building with Agility computers; Inside the building, there is a partition separating the iPhone repair business from the computer business)
