While they may be proficient with other devices, I cannot recommend them for Apple products based on this lack of transparency and care. To provide more context, I discovered the issue on Friday after your business had closed. I called on Saturday, and I was told there was no time to look at it and that I should bring it back on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. To add insult to injury, when I tried to explain the situation again recently, I was told by an employee (Alex) after he spoke with Cesar Hernandez, that uBreakiFix refuses to take any responsibility. This is after nearly a year of trying to get them to do the right thing. uBreakiFix clearly doesn't care about its customers or its reputation. They are quick to take your money but refuse to stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this business. Find a reputable repair shop - even if it costs a little more - it will save you a mountain of frustration and potentially save your device.
