Boost Mobile NB Net solutions 20 Inc. 82-06 Roosevelt Avenue Jackson Heights, NY 11372 DCA#2049175 I initially called the store before venturing out to it with my 2 sons.  The woman who answered was very cordial. I mentioned my family and I would be switching from another company. I told her we wanted LG Stylo 4 phones that it would be 3 lines. I asked what time she closed and she said 8. Upon getting to the store I asked for Anilli not sure the name exactly for sure it began with an A.  She had long jet black hair with a bang. She said she had been waiting for me, quickly identified herself as the manager. I entered the store long before 7:30. I was immediately asked how my credit was. Said she would give me a deal for $300.00 I stated the other store I had been to quoted me $220.00 That seemed to make her happy she said she would honor that price.  She then proceeded to show me the phones even tried to dissuade us from the phones we wanted. My mother called in the process that was 7:33 pm.   Anyway she said she only had 2 Stylo 4's in her store.  I told her thats what we wanted.  She came out with a box that contained a compact champagne pink phone saying it was something 8  I believe and said she was not going to put it on the floor until the following day.  "For $50. I could have it that very evening."  I declined reiterated that it was the lg stylo 4 that I wanted.  Very quickly she became dismissive.  Just the same she wanted to know about my credit again. She then stated that there was a store right up the block that could bring a LG Stylo 4.  I felt uneasy after she took my credit card and ID which she took a picture of because I saw the flash. I asked her what was the necessity of taking a photo of my Credit card and ID to which she said "Why would I do that?" Proceeded showing me some phone quickly from a distance to show she hadn't done so.  "I have 38 other stores I dont need your information" It all transpired so fast she says sign here! I signed my signature as a squiggly line. I heard her talking to another person over the phone saying why would they sign like that. It felt like it was taking forever. I said out loud somethings wrong as I stood up.  She came quickly towards the computer and shouted in my face I don't give refunds. I was shocked It has never been my experience to have someone mistreat me in that manner. I no longer had service on the phones I came into the stores with. Still my phone had not arrived. By this time it was 8:34 more than an hour I had been in her store.  Again I said why is this taking so long she started yelling again stating the store was being kept open for my benefit.  I told her to stop yelling that  I was not her child. I was seated she came and stood right over me andnin a menacing matter yelled at me saying and your not my mother! Finally 2 phones were ready and the 3rd that had just arrived was nearly immediately done. My children who are intellectually disabled were so nervous and dignity I'm sure my face must have been beet red. It was such a terrible experience all together.  When I got home I called my credit card company because when I was given my receipt the numbers looked off but I was so flustered my children were also very uncomfortable.  I called fraud alert. My God I just couldn't stop replaying what just transpired in my mind over and over. I was worried about starting up any of our LG 4 Stylos. I'm nearly 100 % sure our phones were refurbished. In the end when my family and I did in fact begin to use our phones they kept freezing up and there are always loud screeches when we use the they also skip around. Turn on and off when they feel like it. I want to also bring to your attention that the phone we waited for somehow matched same sequence of the original two phones that were available in that store.  I really think it would be very important for that particular store to be investigated by corporate offices if they exist. My bill reflected my own name and their store address.  Another day I went to the store I asked the managers name I was told it was Jessica by a cashier To date the staff remains the same Please don't give these people business they are just horrible. Not an issue with a particular store. Just my advice to anyone even thinking for a second to use Boost Mobile. Don't. They are a crooked dishonest company of the highest order. They tell you that you can unlock your phone after 1 year. No, they play every trick under the sun to prevent you from doing this. Trick 1. Sell you a faulty I-Phone. You bring it to Apple to get repaired. They tell you its junk and give you a new phone. It is re-activated with Boost mobile. You have to wait 1 year from the new activation date, not the original activation date. Trick 2. So now you have called them before the year is up (the moving goal-post), and they inform you that you have to wait until the new deadline. They deactivate your phone just before the new deadline is up. Hey, guess what. They tell you that you didn't meet the requirement, because by coincidence, your phone just happened to be deactivated days before the new deadline. You have to wait another year.
